Situated perfectly to be able to enjoy beautiful river walks, and the many cultural and outdoor pursuits that Nelson is renowned for. Right outside the front door you can start your walk along the river into town and indulge in the fabulous cafes and eateries. Or discover the “Centre of New Zealand“ an iconic walk-up Botanical Hill. The first game of NZ rugby was played on Trafalgar Park at the base of the hill. It’s just a few minutes walk to the Historic Queens Gardens, featuring the Suter Art Gallery and Cafe. (A wonderful place to enjoy breakfast or lunch!)

Please note that as the property has unfenced access to the Maitai River, it may not be suitable for guests with small children.As there is a retaining wall without a barrier and a drop to the driveway, all guests should take care in this area due to the risk of falls.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
