This charming Californian bungalow provides a sunny & private getaway in Nelson's picturesque Elliott Street heritage precinct, an uber-convenient location that is just a few minutes easy-walk to the heart of the city centre, its cafes, restaurants, galleries, markets & more!

Elliott Street Gem offers 2 bedrooms plus a gorgeous sleep-out bedroom in the garden. Here you'll enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge with a bay window-seat & lovely French-doors opening to the private deck & garden. There is one off-street car park as well as quiet on-street parking.

**Special conditions & notes**:

- Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted.

- Sleep-out - Bedroom 3 is a stand-alone sleep-out in the back garden.

- Car parking - One off-street car park is provided. Additional parking is available on this quiet street.

**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:

- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).

- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.

- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.

- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)

Elliott Street Gem, beautiful house

We loved our stay at the Elliott Street Gem. It is a beautiful character home on a very cute street. Perfectly situated only a few minutes walk from the centre of the city.

Enchanting House Close to Everything in Nelson

This was a charming and roomy house a short walk to all Nelson has to offer. We loved the back garden and the furnishings that were appropriate to the houses age and style. We walked to coffee shops, pubs, restaurants and even the bike hire shop…all nearby, despite being on a very quiet street with loads of privacy. It was truly a gem!

Comfortable and convenient

Our only complaint is our stay was too short! We felt very at home here and it's both quiet and an easy walk to the central city. We would also like to return in summer to enjoy the garden area, which is well set up for relaxing in.
