Kick back and relax, or stroll to the nearest Vineyard (Kennedy Point) just a 1 minute walk away. If you're feeling adventurous, the popular Oneroa Beach is no more than a 10 minutes drive.

As the property has unfenced access to the beach, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.Please be advised that the mooring that is available for guest use at this property is only suitable for 6m boats or smaller. April 2020: There are some new soft, furnishings, etc so items may not be exactly the same as in the current photos.Please note that there are two surveillance camera's that will be operating for added security during your stay, they are facing the roadside and facing seaward.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
