Beautiful apartment with national tourist classification and classified with the quality label "Les Cristaux Paradiski" in Residence at the foot of the slopes and ski lifts, for a maximum of 4 people in a quiet, functional and unopposed position, south orientation on the slopes side superb view , in the heart of the Paradiski ski area.

Reception, delivery of keys and inventory by a person from Bellecôte. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
You can reach me at 0660 1533 55.

Living room with 1 bed in 160- Sleeping area with 2 individual beds, bathroom with bath, separate wc.
Possible use of a removable hard partition so as to separate the beds while keeping the possibility of accessing the common areas wc, bathroom.
Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, induction hob, kettle, raclette and fondue appliances, fridge, flat screen TV, balcony with garden furniture. Ski locker.

Great location, ski in ski out. Well equipped appartment, very comfortable beds and loads of hot water. Lovely view over the front de neige. Convenient to have ski shop and restaurant in the appartment block, with other shops and restaurants nearby. Excellent, efficient communication and check in/out procedure. Hope to stay again! A l'arrivée, nous avons garé la voiture après avoir déchargé les bagages. Comme tout est disponible sur place, la voiture n'a pas dû bouger durant notre séjour. Toutes les balades démarraient de la station, nous pouvions faire les courses sur place, bref... très facile. Le logement n'est pas très grand, mais suffisant pour un séjour reposant. Tout est en bon état et propre. Je recommande vivement.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à la Plagne Bellecôte. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. L'appartement est conforme à la description, bien équipé (pensez aux allumettes pour l'appareil à fondue!), la literie est confortable, et que dire de cette magnifique vue! Nous avons profité du balcon pour déjeuner au soleil en plein mois de février ! Une superbe semaine malgré l'absence de remontées mécaniques. Nous avons profité de la montagne autrement !

Excellentes vacances en famille!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très chaleureux et idéalement placé. Quelle vue! Tous a été très facile: parking à l’entrée de la résidence, loueur de ski au Rez de chaussée, casier à ski en face, et piste à 10m.... quel bonheur !

Superbe séjour dans cet appartement meublé, bien équipé, avec belle déco typiquement montagne. Literie confortable. Orienté plein sud, avec superbe vue du balcon qui donne directement sur les pistes. Idéalement situé a Plagne Bellecote , au départ des pistes et avec accès immédiat aux magasins ainsi qu'a la piscine , cinéma , .. L'appartement est très joliment décore , très agréable et surtout très propre avec vue sublime sur les pistes . Un loueur de ski au RDC de la résidence super sympa ce qui est super pratique . Réceptif sur place très agréable a l'arrivée comme au moment de rendre l'appartement . Soleil et Neige toute la semaine .. Bref rien a redire hésitez pas.

Je conseille cette location pour son emplacement dans la station, très belle vue dégagée. Appartement agréable, fonctionnel, bien équipé, calme. Je l'ai occupé à 2 reprises, une fois en été et une en hiver. Et je l'ai réservé à nouveau pour l'été prochain, preuve que la recommandation est fiable. Les clés sont remises par une charmante personne. Tout est fait pour passer un agréable sejour.

Très bon séjour

L'appartement est très bien situé, facile d'accès (déchargement des bagages faciles) et avec vue sur les pistes. L'équipement de l'appartement est complet, on se sent chez soi. Des décorations savoyardes ajoutent un charme supplémentaire. Les modalités de réservation sont expliquées clairement par le propriétaire qui tient ses engagements. De plus la personne qui nous a accueilli était très sympathique. Une superette et des commerces sont dans la station accessibles en 5 minutes à pied. L'équipe du magasin Sport 2000 dans la résidence est très professionnelle et serviable. Le domaine skiable de La Plagne est suffisamment grand pour une semaine de ski. Une piscine extérieure chauffée permet de se détendre après le ski. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine, le soleil étant également au rendez-vous.

1ére location via Abritel, excellent séjour !

Second séjour sur La Plagne Bellecôte, premiére location via Abritel, pas déçu ! L' appartement est très bien situé. Au pied des pistes et des remontées mécaniques ( l'Arpette, les Colosses, les Blanchets, telecabine La Roche de Mio), proche des commerces, de la piscine extérieure chauffée, etc... Appartement très très bien équipé et chaleureux. Propriétaire disponible et réactif, la personne sur place chargée de l'arrivée et du départ est très agréable et sympathique. Je recommande vivement cette location.

L'appartement est dans un état très propre, bien équipé, accessible, avec une vue dégagée. Au calme, très bien décoré. Semaine ensoleillée et enneigée

Séjour très agréable sous le soleil d'Avril au coeur d'une sympathique station. Neige au rendez-vous malgré une fin de saison ! L'exposition, la situation, la déco et l'équipement de l'appartement sont tout à fait conformes à la description. On apprécie de partir skis aux pieds pour descendre aux remontées mécaniques ainsi qu'à l'ESF (bien pratique avec des enfants). Nous recommandons cette location. Propriétaires très réactifs et accueil sympa et efficace.
