Spacious Modern Country House -4 Bedrooms/ 2 floors
Comfortable & well equipped large 4 bedroom house. It has 2 floors with 1100sq.ft. in total.
Inviting living room with comfy couches. There is a separate dining room with table and chairs adjoining the kitchen.
There's a family bathroom with bathtub and an ensuite with a shower.
Downstairs there's a WC.
The house is set in a small estate on the northern edge of Cloonfad on the road to Ballyhaunis. Nearby there are attractive forest walks which are well sign posted. The view to the west from the back of the property looks toward the fields at the back and also has distant views of the mountains. It is a quiet location just off the N83.
It takes one hour to get to Galway and one hour to get to Sligo and 40 minutes to Westport. The property is well presented with the house keeper living a few doors away.
