The property was very clean and convenient to downtown Big Sky. We loved the way the house was decorated in Montana decor. I would highly recommend staying here.

Thank you for your review. We're thrilled to hear that you had an exceptional stay with us, and that you enjoyed the home's decor and location. We look forward to welcoming you back to Big sky again soon!
We normally book ski in/ski out properties when taking ski vacations but had no regrets with this property or it's location. The property was amazing, clean, beautiful interior, spacious, a one car garage with plenty of room to store and dry our ski gear in. The property is an end unit that sits on a hill overlooking the town center. It provides a quiet setting with great views across the valley and the town center. Lots of windows for a great view. The large hot tub is a plus. Easy walking distance or a short drive into the town center. The staff at Natural Retreats were very well organized and made the whole process of arriving and leaving the property flawless. It was a short ten minute drive to the slopes and there was plenty of convenient free public parking near the base of the slopes. We walked from the parking area to the lifts but there is also a shuttle if you choose not to. Unlike many of the other large resorts we have visited, I found Big Sky unique in that the Town Center had more to offer than the slope side village. There was a much greater selection of restaurants and shops that provided a better experience to walk and explore in. I would not hesitate to rent this property again.

Thank you for your thoughtful review. We are beyond thrilled that you had an exceptional first visit to Big Sky while staying with us! Moose Ridge is a spectacular townhome; and we're so pleased that you enjoyed its proximity to the slopes, the stellar views, and all of its spectacular amenities. Your kind words about our onsite team are greatly appreciated. We hope to have the pleasure of hosting you again soon!
The large active construction site in the backyard of this property affected the view and caused significant noise during early morning and daytime hours. This was barely mentioned in the online description of the property and no recent visitor reviews were available. A communication 5 days prior to check in indicated a mound that wouldn’t affect our stay and upon check in and a request to communicate regarding our reservation, no response was provided by the property manager.

Thanks for your review. Please accept our apologies for the construction that was going on during your stay which--as you mention--is addressed briefly in the home's description on our website. We're terribly sorry that the communication you received prior to check-in only mentioned a "mound" that wouldn't affect your visit, and that your request to speak to someone upon your arrival was not responded to. Please know that we've relayed all your comments to our team in Big Sky. Thank you for staying with us. We would like the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.

Thanks for your review, Thomas. Please accept our apologies for your less-than-ideal stay with us at 60 Moose Ridge. We've relayed your comments about the mouse droppings, broken freezer, as well as the cleanliness issues, to our onsite team to address. We're sorry that you weren't made aware of the construction until two days before your visit. Thank you for staying with us. We would like the opportunity to provide you with a better experience the next time you plan on visiting Big Sky.
We really enjoyed our stay at Moose Ridge. The location was perfect, so close to village for food, groceries and Farmer's market. The house was perfect for a family vacation, plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Nice deck to enjoy the evening after a day of hiking the local.trails.
We ran into a couple snags when we arrived but I will say that Big Sky Concierge handled the situation immediately and was in contact until situation was resolved.
I would definitely recommend staying at this property,
Great property and great location. Loved our stay and will definitely return!
