Completely decorated, new and comfortable Villa on a large (2000 m2) estate with the private pool offers an ideal vacation for body and soul so if you are looking for a peaceful oasis in a small place away from civilization, this villa is ideal for you.

Villa MIlla is located near the town of Imotski in a village named Grubine and it's ideal if you want to enjoy family days out and also if you want friends gathering vacation, because Villa has everything you need for a perfect holiday in this peaceful environment.
The house can accommodate 8 persons and is divided in two parts: ground floor and the first floor. On the ground floor there is a large living room, a kitchen, a dining room, one bedroom with double beds and one bathroom. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and also one bathroom. House is air conditioned and outside pool (32 m2) will give you refreshment during summer days. There is also washing machine on your disposal. The house disposes with a beautiful garden and typical fireplace on wood for BBQ, as well as the private parking. In front of villa is field for playing sports and the playground for children in our private garden.

Ruhig, erholsam und Natur direkt am Haus

Wir haben mit unseren drei Kindern und unseren Eltern 12 Tage Urlaub gemacht. Wir wollten Ruhe, keine anderen Touristen, einen tollen Pool für uns allein und die Möglichkeit die Natur und Umgebung dort zu entdecken. Und genau das haben wir auch bekommen. Viel Platz und Beschäftigung für unsere Kinder. In der Anzeige wurde die Tischtennisplatte und das Trampolin gar nicht erwähnt und war eine tolle Überraschung. Außerdem ist ein kleiner Spielplatz dabei und natürlich der tolle Pool. Der Waldrand beginnt direkt am Grundstück. Das Haus ist groß, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Küche super ausgestattet und die Vermieter sehr nett und sehr zuvorkommend. Gab es ein Problem waren sie sofort zur Stelle oder haben jemanden geschickt. Wenn wir noch mal in Dalmatien Urlaub machen, dann sehr gern wieder in diesem Haus.

Grubine is a small settlement in the municipality of Podbablje, near the town of Imotski (5 km away), Split-Dalmatia, Croatia.
Imotski is a town on the northern side of the Biokovo massif, Dalmatian Hinterland. The town is located close to the border with Bosnia and Herzegovina. The nearest coastal town is Makarska, on the other side of the Biokovo massif.
The neighborhood is very quiet and you are located only 5 km away from the natural phenomenon Red Lake and Blue Lake in Imotski and 1 km away from the nearest restaurant and the caffe. Less than 30 min driving are the most beautiful beaches in Baska Voda and Makarska with the clean and warm sea. Located 13 km from highway exit Zagvozd where you can try Rafting at Cetina river, Golf court in Posušje (12km), 1 h drive to town Split, 2,5-hour drive to town Dubrovnik, so you have many options for exploring one of many well known Croatian localities.
