Location fabulous . House the same. Pool amazing. Cleanliness good but floors when we got there could have been cleaner. But over all it was a very nice house. We were happy!
Very comfortable house which provided a great place for us to stay and enjoy the beach with family. The children especially loved coming back to the pool after a day at the beach
The house was extremely well located and had all the things we needed to get through a rainy week here in Reho. But honestly, the best thing about this house was the agent and property manager. They were extremely responsive to our questions and resolved all issues immediately (we accidentally locked access to the elevator). You can’t go wrong at this property.
Perfect Accommodations! And such an easy walk to downtown.
It was a beautiful home! It was an absolute PERFECT space for our family of 10 people. Perfect kitchen and amazing master bath. Everyone had there own bathroom which was so nice.
We always have a wonderful time in Rehoboth. We love this area and the beach house was great. It even has an elevator for anyone that has difficulty with steps. It was spacious, clean and just a few blocks to the beach and shopping. Highly recommend!
The house was well appointed and 1 1/2 blocks away from the beach. We stayed off season so I can’t comment on the pool area because it was obviously closed for the season. The house is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to everything. We would definitely stay here again.
We loved our house! The location was perfect for us. Quiet street close to the beach and just far enough away from Rehoboth Avenue so traffic wasn't an issue. We walked every where.
Was disappointed about having to bring our own sheets and blankets but did not know that at the time of purchase.
No chairs in the basement with the TV.

Spacious luxury and close-in
Three of us ladies spent a week in January at this big big house that is less than a five-minute walk to the beach or downtown. It is a gorgeous house, modern, open concept with clean lines, tall ceilings, wood floors throughout, and outfitted to accommodate a much bigger crowd than three. Two dishwashers, en-suites and tvs in every room, working gas fireplaces in most bedrooms, fabulous windows, and a pool that was closed for the winter. There's an elevator that is locked up for guests, but if you needed accessible accommodations, I bet an arrangement could be made. The living room arrangement and furniture are a bit awkward for more than four people, but the dining room has many comfy chairs and a wet bar. The huge kitchen island is undoubtedly bigger than the square footage of a king-sized bed, and has stools one can sit upon to enjoy a beverage and watch the cook firing up the huge gas stove, as one's kids splash around in the big pool behind a wall of windows. We had logistical issues with the reservation (no keys left for our nighttime check-in), but the agent worked it out. A furnished screened-in porch would be lovely in the summer!
The house was great for our friends getaway. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen was great for a large group and the location was perfect for going to the beach and boardwalk. The kitchen wasn’t as stocked as we are used to with basic spices, bigger pots/bowls for a group, etc. overall we had a great time and would recommend the house.
Oh we had the BEST time! My kids were so happy with the bunk beds and my culinary inclined parents were in HEAVEN with the kitchen. It was modern, spacious and beautiful. Getting the key and locking up were super easy! Internet was fast and lots of TV choices!! Best of all were the luxury showers and bathrooms! It was a dream!
We have been renting vacation homes on the Delaware Shore for 20+ years and this was the nicest house we ever had! Large bedrooms - all with their own bathroom, open first floor layout and the biggest kitchen island I have ever seen. And, the spacious - and shaded - screened porch was the perfect place to read.
Can’t wait to return. (We already booked the house for next year!)
The home is designed for entertaining and vacationing. While the design is very user-friendly the decor is far under par, very generic. The sofa badly needs replacing and some other items need to be fixed. 2 of the 3 fireplaces were not working. The bunk bedroom is very tight and too small for adults but okay for small children. However, if those things are addressed the home would almost be perfect.
We all work in different fields and we just needed a moment to get together. The openness of the rental property was so very nice to just cook together, have wine and sit around the huge counter top. Having each room with it's own bathroom was such a plus. Very clean and well equipped with amenities.
Property was very nice but not beachy didn’t feel like we were at the beach needs some beach accessories. Did not have simple things like salt and pepper, dish detergent, dish towels etc. we stayed at a lot different places and they all had the little things you need but don’t have to bring
Came with 3 families and it was amazing. First thing we noticed was how immaculate the place was. Location was great - close to beach and all eateries. Would definitely stay here again!
Location was perfect to center of town. The beach was a bit more crowded than we expected due to the hotel at the end of our block. Overall a fantastic stay and would rent again!
House perfect for our size family. Close to beach and downtown.

Family Reunion Trip
My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this spectacular home in May of 2013. The home is very spacious and comfortable. The owners, whom we had the pleasure of meeting show great concern for the comfort of their guests. The home is complete with all of the latest design trends and technology. The pool and hot tub were a wonderful addition to the long list of amenities. We enjoyed all of the features of the home, particularly the spacious and well appointed gourmet kitchen. The dining room had a table large enough to accommodate our extended family of 13 and was fantastic for our nights of eating in. The screened in porch was perfect for the grandparents of our group. Aside from all of the wonderful features of this home, it is also in a great location, quiet, yet within a very short walk to the beach or to the central business district. We could not have been more pleased with this lovely home. The property description and pictures are accurate, however, the home is truly more beautiful than pictures and words can describe. We found the property to be spotless upon our arrival. The homeowners were very gracious in providing us with restaurant recommendations when we asked. We enjoyed all of the following: The Cultured Pearl, Pig and Fish, Dogfish Head Pub, The Charcoal Grill, Big Fish Grill, the Outlets, a tour of Dogfish Head Brewery, renting a Surry Limo (a four seat bicycle), the Ice Cream Shop, Cake Break Bakery, The Point Coffee House, Henlopen Oyster House, The Rookery Golf Course and an eco-tour from Coastal Kayaks. It was a fantastic week in a wonderful home!
