About this property

Spectacular Views and Privacy

If you're coming to Tucson, you'll want to stay in the best neighborhood in the Catalina Foothills, with outstanding privacy and spectacular views, yet with neighbors still close at hand. Walk 20 minutes through quiet neighborhoods to 3 major shopping centers, including the La Encantada outdoor shopping mecca. Drive 10 minutes to incredible hiking in the mountains, or ride your bike on the offroad trails enclircling Tucson.

The house itself is very comfortable, and for architecture fans, was designed by renowned local architect Thomas Gist with mid-century flair. The views of the mountains from the deck, kitchen, master bedroom and guest bedroom are incredible!

We stayed here as renters in 2019, and liked it so much we bought it! We have just started to rent, and don't have any reviews yet, but I have posted as a picture the reviews the prior owner got in 2018 and 2019.

A very nice experience

It’s a beautiful house in a beautiful very private setting in the best Catalina Foothills location. Just look at the view in the photo. The colors on the mountains change all day long. If there are negatives, the kitchen is barely equipped and the house could use some updates. That said I would rent the house again in a heartbeat if it were available.
