We had great communication with the owner about any questions we had, it was great for our senior and partially disabled members, lots of room and privacy. Very quiet neighborhood, and close to the graduation of my granddaughter.

River walk and Zoo

We enjoyed a long weekend in San Antonio. This place has a lot of space to spread out for a large family. Very close to freeway. Easy to get everywhere we wanted to go.

This home was clean and spacious enough for a large family. It was close to freeway noise but felt like a safe neighborhood. Shower water pressure was not the best. Beds were firm and comfortable, good for a place to sleep after busy days at the Zoo and the River walk.

21st Birthday celebration

We were there to celebrate our youngest turning 21! We booked this place because we wanted a place that was located in the middle of the places we wanted to visit over the course of the weekend. It was spacious, comfortable and in a very nice neighborhood. We had no issues getting Ubers to any place we visited for a reasonable fare. The only negative i can say, is about the shower faucets. even though it is mentioned in the pre-check comments, I was the only one in our group that had no issues with the water Hot/Cold situation. other than that, I would happily book again!

Not a special property

This house is tired and not well maintained. The most glaring example is the kitchen sink drains directly onto the front garden, creating a grey water pool. Same with the dishwasher. Not code and not cool. The showers have very slow drains, so you are standing in a couple of inches of soapy water when finished. One shower mixer is incorrectly installed and delivers hot or cold, not mixed or warm. One bathroom door cannot be closed shut.On the other hand, the yard is large, the neighborhood is quiet and very well located for shopping and restaurants (driving, not walking), the house itself has generous sized rooms and the air conditioner worked.Not recommended. My first Evolve experience.

Hi David, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: - We strive to provide our guests with a great guest experience, so we were disappointed to hear your feedback and want to take a moment to address your concerns. - Prior to your arrival, we had been made aware of a leak and had contracted with a plumbing company to further investigate the issues. Unfortunately, they inadvertently left the cap off the drain pipe, resulting in the gray water pooling in the flowerbed when the kitchen sink was used. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. - Regarding the slow drains in the showers and the incorrectly installed shower mixer, we are actively working to resolve these issues to ensure a more comfortable experience for our guests in the future. In light of the mentioned plumbing issues, we blocked the availability of our property to have these issues addressed to ensure future guests do not share the same experience. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Family time/Spring Break

We enjoyed our stay. The property is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the freeway. Convenient to get to anywhere in the city within 20 minutes or so. The home is a bit dated and the doors to the bedrooms and bathrooms stick so don’t close them tightly if you have little ones as they may have difficulty getting out of the room. There was clean and comfortable and the property manager quick to respond with any questions we had.

Safe neighborhood

The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The house has some weird thing going on with the electrical system that caused the lights to flicker continuously in all the rooms. The layout of the house is good if you want small groups to gather in different areas. It’s not as good if you have a large group that all wants to gather in one room. Communication with host was fast and accurate.

Great property, but that neighbor has a Rooster!

Great property. The furnishings were very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We really did enjoy the house. However...the next door neighbor's rooster starts crowing every morning at around 5:00AM. I know there isn't anything the property owner can do about it, but there is a damn ROOSTER crowing at 5AM 40 feet away from the bedroom window. It wasn't bad enough that I wouldn't rent again...but I wish I had known about the rooster before hand and made a choice with full disclosure.

Big House, Very Easy!

We stayed here on a weekend trip to San Antonio. House was big and easy. It’s close to airport, downtown and restaurants. The house is old with some quirks but to sleep, shower and relax it got the job done. Property manager was accessible and replied quickly. Pick this house! If you’re easy going and don’t stress the little stuff, you’ll enjoy it!
