The first floor has a modern kitchen, completely equipped with beautiful cookware, ready to make a meal for a family.
The family- dining room is in the first floor with an additional bathroom.
Two bedrooms and one bathroom are in the second floor.
The house has an interior patio with space to enjoy outdoor meal as well a tasty barbecue.
Our property is protected with UV Light, installed in the Air Conditioning Systems. Preventing viruses to spread and circulate in the Air.

The patio was so beautiful and an oasis for our stay. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, and made sure our visit was fun. Very cute house and close to so much to eat, see, and do!

This property was a good location to Climatis Street which there are great restaurants. Lots to do in West Palm Beach and surrounding areas.

The back yard tranquility was wonderful! Accommodations exceeded our expectations. We were there for Spring Training. The location was perfect for the games we went to!

Devin and Sam did not respect the rules of the house. It was very clear that smoking is not allowed inside, only in the patios, they left the house smelling heavily tabaco and more...

This is a great location not far from the beach or the many attractions in Palm beach. The space was clean and very comfortable. The host was very friendly and nice. We were able to bbq and sit on the patio. There is no hot tub which is listed on the description. The kitchen is small but very functional. There is a small sized refrigerator and a dorm size one. I would happily stay here again if I return to the area.

Beautiful, well-maintained property with very hospitable hosts

We were very pleased with our stay at this property. The owner greeted us and gave us a personal tour of the property so we knew where to find everything. The property was very clean and it is beautifully decorated. We appreciated some of the “basics” being in the property, like shampoo and dishes. They even bought a new grill while we were there so we could grill! They gave us personalized recommendations regarding points of interest in the area. We could tell how much they genuinely love Palm Beach and how much they care about their guests enjoying their visit. We loved chatting with both of the owners as well; they are extremely kind and warm people.

Nice property, plenty of room for 4 adults. I would replace some of the dated furniture. Well stocked with glasses, dishes, two mini coolers. Very nice people.

Nice experience overall, lovely hosts!

The host couple are very nice, friendly people. They were available at all times since they live in the same building. The one thing to be aware of is that the apartment might not be suitable for people with small children, or for elderly folks, since every single room has to be accessed via steps. Even from the kitchen to the dinning room table. Also, the water in the upstairs shower is barely warm and very scanty.
