Beautiful home and resort for family
Our 3 generation family, including kids age 1-5, enjoyed this home. The game room was a huge hit as well as the kids themed bedrooms. Rooms were clean and spacious. Lovely resort and neighborhood, close to theme parks. Staff at entrance on arrival were so friendly and helpful; we did not incur a wait at the gate; we arrived around 1pm and enjoyed the waterpark until 4pm check-in. (You may want to ask for a map of the resort grounds, it helped) We learned you need to obtain a resort card at the office to access the community pools (not the waterpark) and other entrance gates.
The two refrigerators and dishwashers (and w/d) were handy; we used them all to the max. Pool heat was provided without issue (for a fee) and temp was comfortable. All of us enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. Our issues: one video game did not work (all others did-yeah!, so not a big deal), one kitchen cabinet as mentioned in another review had an issue with the hinge and did not close. Pool child safety fence post was broken on one end. Bedroom closet door was off the rail. We reported the last three upon inspection of the home and all were attended to within 2 days. We also reported that the WiFi and TV/cable did not work; that issue was not resolved until four days into our rental week, which was disappointing.
There were a number of extras in the house that were nice to have; a few pool toys and floats, pack 'n play, stroller, etc.
We learned the resort shuttle has limited availability and books up early; so we did not utilize that feature. We did rent a cabana at the waterpark; that was nice, also. Waterpark staff were very nice. This home has a beautiful view of the golf course! We could even see fireworks from Magic Kingdom.
Overall, we really enjoyed the place and recommend.
