Upscale town home with private heated pool in superb location. Find yourself just around the corner from Siesta Key village and a short walk or bike ride to Siesta Key beach. Situated on a quiet street with lush landscaping, this town home can sleep up to 6 guests.

On the first floor you will find a family room with electric fireplace, comfortable sofas, and TV with surround sound. The perfect area to enjoy family movie night. The kitchen is fully equipped to handle just about any cooking need and is open to the living room / dining room area of the first floor. Through the back you can step out onto the patio and private pool area great for soaking in the Florida sun.

Moving up to the second floor you will find additional sitting area overlooking the family room and second bedroom with queen size bed. Just another half a floor up, you find the master suite furnished with queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms, living room, and family room have TV's and wireless internet is accessible throughout the property.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS: 1 week minimum reservation required usually Saturday to Saturday. No pets (no exceptions).

Dishwasher very noisy and not sure it got the dishes clean. We washed them by hand.Had to buy batteries for the tv remotes and it would have been nice to have directions on how each tv worked.Loved the location of the rental!

This place was beautiful and the location was PERFECT. Pretty much everything we needed was provided. (A pizza cutter and some chip clips would be have been nice to have.) Our biggest complaint was that it is advertised as having a heated pool but you have to pay extra for them to turn the heat on. We did that and three days later the pool water had not warmed up at all. Overall, this is a GREAT place and we would absolutely stay here again!

Pool heating is optional and additional charge is stated in the listing description. Typically guests request heating prior to arrival so that we can ensure that it is already heated for their arrival. Additionally, it was extremely cold the week of your stay which is why it took an abnormal amount of time to heat. This is not normally the case.

Siesta getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here. We booked last minute and thought it was great. Great location to restaurants and shops. Only thing that could improve would be beach chairs and wagon. Other than that overall great stay for our family !

Spring Break Siesta

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay! Very clean. Amenities perfect.. beach chairs, beach towels, and a wagon to carry it all! Only 10 minute walk to the beach. Minutes to village. Ideal location! The pool was perfect for relaxing away from the beach. Would have liked a sleeper sofa on 2nd level versus 1st floor living room but all good! 100percent recommend!

Look no further

This townhouse was perfect for our family vacation in Siesta Key. Neat, clean, well decorated, a pool, gas grill, all the amenities you needed. Additionally, the village was a couple of blocks away with excellent restaurants and shopping, and the best beaches in the US were also within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again.

Love this property - have stayed here 5 winters and never disappoints ! Clean , comfortable - has all the comforts of home ..Outdoor porch and deck are vey nice too …Convenient to shops, restaurants, beach - everyone loves it and looks forward to coming back !!! Great location, excellent property

This was third time we rented this property and we like it. Cleanliness, management and property are excellent. There are some things to improve: more bath towels, more glasses and coffee mugs. Beach equipment is in bad shape, only two worn out chairs and broken sun umbrellas. If all this is replaced or improved, it would be full five star property.

The convenience of the location, not to mention the private pool, made for a memorable vacation. The only negative is that there are only two chaise lounges for use around the pool. We used our beach chairs for added seating.

Just as described. Close to beach access #2 and to village. Property was immaculate (including the pool which is always an issue with rentals). We really enjoyed it and will likely return! Since nothing is perfect, the washing machine is very corroded and I was fearful of cutting my hands with it, owners should consider a replacement. But this is a very minor thing that would not prevent me from returning. Keep it up!

A beautiful townhome close to everything

Our family stayed at this property in June 2023, it was our third visit to Siesta Key and we've stayed in a different place each time. This townhome has everything you could want: plenty of room, nice furniture, an updated kitchen and our kids definitely loved the private pool! It's not huge, but the water is pleasantly warm. The village is literally steps away, it only takes a couple of minutes and you're in the middle of shops and restaurants. The beach is a little further, but still about 10 minutes or less by foot. There were chairs and other beach items in the garage, as well as a nice wagon which was very helpful getting to the beach. We love going to Siesta Key, it's one of our favorite beaches. We have no complaints about this property, and would stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have used RSK several times now and would use no other agent for SK properties. Having actually stayed in the adjoining property before ( booked through RSK) we were familiar with the local area. The house is situated in a quiet street located of Ocean Blvd and only a short walk takes you to the beach,eateries and supermarket. The property itself is well emaculate and well kitted out with all you need for your vacation. Small pool but more than big enough for family fun.The only negative thing is the decor , it is quite drab and no disrespect to the owners it is dated and needs brightened up , also the TVs could do with updating. However , this would not stop us staying there again as the house is so comfortable , clean and in a fantastic location.

Dated golden girl, management needs to take action

Well let’s see; light bulbs out throughout house, covers missing off remote, rust on fixtures in bathroom with mold and grout along with rug falling apart in bathroom with one Adirondack chair missing and would not site up along with cushions falling apart at poolside. There was no see end in the house and yet the house seems poorly managed and upkept for visitors. When asking for check in details and asking to be sent I was told to check spam and finally got them when sent. The keypad acted up as lost code at one point calling property then miraculously worked again The cleaning lady was sitting outside for far before departure and felt pushed out early when asking whom she was along with blocking driveway when departing. Someone needs to look at customer care with renter along with upkeep of residence. It’s in a prime location and yet a shame as the potential for this property could be incredible. Yet these oversights clearly show improper management and care of property. 3rd time visiting island and 1st time with this group and hope they take heed as this was worse stay. Elsewhere was delightful. Some pictures attached wish captured more yet these clearly give indication of facts.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First impressions were fantastic. Beautiful place, well kept. However two things were extremely annoying. First, no hair dryers anywhere. I think it's been 30 years or more since I had to buy a hair dryer on vacation. The second was a lack of TV channels to watch. We had 5-7 days of cloudy cool weather and chose to stay indoors alot. No food or home improvement channels at all. Just basic reruns of old movies or news. Not much else to watch. We also did not print out the password to the wi-fi at home therefore couldn't access our computers. We called the help line of the management company and left a message (on the emergency helpline) and never got a return call. We finally logged into our internet at a relatives house and got our wi-fi info. Lucky we had that option.

Thank you for staying at Siesta Avenida. Yes, indeed there is a hair dryer at the property and can always be found within either bathroom vanities. There is ample programming available on all TV's in the home in addition to on demand and streaming services through the smart TV in the living room. Wifi information is provided within the property information which is sent 1 week prior to arrival and can be printed or access on any smartphone, tablet, computer. Our after-hours message system is for emergencies, our office is located just 1 block from the property, and our 800 number in on the sign in the front yard. Simply reviewing the check-in and property information provided prior to arrival will ensure you have an enjoyable stay.
