Snow bird Retreat & Traveling nurses Welcome
Image being steps from the river in a gated community. . Corner lower level, no stairs. Attached garage with washer and dryer . Condo has soft water unit in garage also. Tile through out the house. Cozy and comfortable furniture . 2 bedrooms with one queen and one King beds ,beautyrest mattress to give you that perfect night sleep. 2 full bathrooms each has tub with shower. Kitchen is fully equipped with new stove, new dishwasher , garbage disposal and water purifier. Air conditioner ,Living room has fireplace and flows into the dining room which has bar looking into kitchen, these makes for a very nice open arrangement. Sliding glass doors off living room go to patio looking at pool and jacuzzi. Front patio at entrance.
These condo is very bright and light. The outside grounds are beautifully landscaped with Palm trees .There is internet &TV
The condo is centrally located ,close to Laughlin, super market and ,banks & restaurants.
Best you are steps to the river, and close to fun activities. Golf, Laughlin , restaurants , shopping.

I am a travel nurse and rented this property from Valerie for 3 months while I was working in the area. Theres truly nothing negative I could say about my stay there. The condo had everything that I could possibly need to live comfortably the entire time I was there. The place was clean and quiet and the neighbors were always friendly in passing. Highly recommend this property if youre in the area :)

I so loved the area, So much to do . We have golf, swimming, boating, great shopping, gambling, hiking, mountain biking . We are so close to the grand canyon Lake Mead, the Dam . The condo is located in a perfect spot to reach all . Walking distance to the best restaurants., and to the supermarket and bank.
