Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Replace any furniture that has been moved during your stay back to its original position
Open all cloth curtains and pull all blinds to the halfway open position.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Skis, Boots and other Sports equipment to be stored in the secure Sports Locker, located in the heated Garage.
Bring your favorite slippers, socks or indoor shoes because we want to keep our home shoe-free and ultra clean for all guests. Thanks.
Will not accommodate more than 4-5 people comfortably (by design purposely). A very quiet community designed for quiet relaxation.

Great location for Dillon Amphitheater show

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Great location to catch a show at Dillon Amphitheater or a launching point for many activities. We enjoyed being able to grill out and the secured parking were great features!

Mark’s condo had everything we needed. It was super clean and in a great location. Mark was very responsive to questions both before and during the stay, he checked in to make sure everything was as it should be.

Wonderful Place!!

This was our favorite place we’ve stayed for a Colorado ski trip. The location is great, the hosts are very friendly and provided great instructions, and the place itself is really nice. It was very cozy to play cards while snow was falling on the great view outside. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay in a great location.

Not only did we enjoy the town of Dillion and everything you can access from walking right from the house, Dillion is also a short drive to many of great resorts in the area. We also made a day out of going to Rocky Mountain National Park. The house itself was very nice and very well stocked with everything you need for sleeping, cooking, and just hanging out. The view from the patio is absolutely stunning.

The condo was in terrific condition and the location couldn't be better! Close proximity to the lake, restaurants, shopping, and ski areas! Communication with the owner was great. He was available to answer any questions and did a nice job of explaining the property in advance of our stay. The place is as good as advertised and we will definitely return soon!

Excellent property in a great location. Our host, Mark was wonderful to work with too. He responded quickly to questions and provided us with information about the area including maps to all of the nearby ski resorts. The condo is well stocked with all of the necessities as well. Immaculately clean and perfect location

We had the best stay at this cozy Colorado condo! It was the perfect place for us to rest and relax after 3 days of skiing! We played uno and used the hot tub every single night, and we were able to enjoy our meals with everything the hosts provided. The unit was so clean and inviting, and the directions from host were spelled out perfectly! We will definitely be back!

Excellent Place To Stay

This was our second year staying here. It's SO close to everything--skiing, shopping, freeway access, etc. It is a quiet unit, with garage parking. It's nice that there are some kitchen basics for cooking that you don't have to buy! Well laid out floor plan and enough space for everyone.

Great location

Loved our stay in Dillon. Perfect location for biking all the trails around the area right outside our door. Beds were comfortable and the place was very well stocked. We cooked every night because we were to tired to go out after our long days of riding. Would definitely recommend this place. We felt very comfortable with storing our e bikes in the garage area.

As avid outdoor enthusiasts, we constantly seek our next adventure. Whether we are skiing, hiking, biking, walking or playing any sport, Summit County is where you will find us when we are not working.

Why they chose this property

Our Townhome is fairly new (Built in 2005) and sits on top of a shopping facility in an extremely peaceful and private location, across the street from Dillon Town Park. The access is overly secure and the underground, heated parking and storage keeps the sports equipment out of the home and near the car. The ability for us to lock the unit and walk outside without worrying about security is paramount for us as is walking to the lake, bike path and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

Privacy and quiet at night!!!

Grocery Store only 1 mile, 4 Restaurants (more to come) within a 2 Block Walk, Bowling Alley and Bar in Shopping Complex.

Winter: 7 World Class Downhill Ski Resorts (7-35 minutes away), 2 Major Alpine Resorts, X-Country and Snow-showing everywhere including the Lake (when frozen, at your own risk).
Summer: Friday, Saturday and Monday Night Concerts at Amphitheater (2 Blocks walk), Friday Farmers Markets (Surrounds our complex), Summit County Bike Path (2 Blocks), Hiking anywhere with all levels of difficulty from simple walks to Hiking 14er's (4 within 30 minute drive).

Free Summit Stage Bus: Stops regularly directly behind our building...will take you to Silverthorne, Keystone, Frisco and Breckenridge.
