This is a stunning and spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home that will welcome you with 3,100 square feet of living space! The kitchen comes complete with all stainless-steel appliances, custom granite countertops, a pantry, an island, and a breakfast nook. Other great features of this home include heated marble flooring, vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets, a washer, and dryer in the unit, a cozy fireplace. Enjoy the beautiful mountain views of Colorado from the patio, deck, porch. It's a 5-10 mins drive from grocery stores like Safeway, King Soopers, 24/7 Walmart, Kohls, 24 Hour Fitness, and many more shopping/dining options. Travel is easy with quick access to 287 and I-25. It's 10miles from Boulder/Longmont and 34 miles from Denver International Airport, and 29 miles from Downtown Denver.

Please note: This is not a hotel, We do request guests to roll out trash cans on Sunday and roll them back in on Monday if you are staying those days of the week. We do not allow any kind of smoking or use of marijuana or illegal drug use on the property (inside or outside), No parties are allowed, and visitors are not allowed either.

This is a family-friendly neighborhood and there are lots of children in the neighborhood. We are a responsible Property management company and we will not permit any behavior that attracts negative attention from our neighbors. All guests are expected to respect HOA community rules as well as be courteous to neighbors if they see them.
Thermostats ranges are locked at minimum of 71 during summer and maximum of 71F during winters to protect catastrophic damage to the HVAC system. Please bring your own sources of entertainment such has Roku or Fire TVs. Our TVs are only monitors.

If we receive any complaint of loud noise/music, loud talk or shouting or smoking or any parties or unauthorized guests... without exception it will lead to immediate eviction. Guests will lose their deposit if there is any damage to the property. The neighbors are very sensitive, so do not give them any reason to complain.

We prefer that guests do not access the backyard as it can potentially worry the neighbors with young kids seeing strangers in the backyard.

Also note we do not have a USPS mailbox for this house so do not ship anything where USPS is doing the final delivery.

Okay

Not being able to use the back porch wasn’t the best, but the house itself was solid. It got hot with the sun and limited A/C control but it was fine at night.

Meeting the New Granddaughter

The home provided ample room and beds. The furnishing are nice and we had a great home base during our stay. I was disappointed in the Mountain View’s. Like so many homes in this area- the view is obstructed by other homes. This home, more than most. There are some restrictions about the property you should check out before renting. We were able to discuss and work around them but they are different.

Family trip

We (2 adults, 4 teens, 2 children) stayed at the property for a trip to see family. The house is exactly as pictured, in a nice suburban neighborhood with a lovely park right down the street. Close to many amenities and a quick 20 min trip to Boulder. We did have one unpleasant experience with the neighbor mentioned in reviews. She gave my teenagers dirty looks and made them feel unsafe. The lower level heat or radiant heat wasnt working upon arrival and the host was very responsive, fixing it immediately. We had plenty of dishes, blankets, pillows. There is one towel and washcloth per person, but I do laundry on every trip so this wasnt a concern for us. (We also had a large group). I would absolutely stay here again!

Good location

The home was nice but a little worn down. The wrap around couch was broke in the corner. We arrived at the home a little after 3 when you are allowed to check in. About 15 minutes later a repairmen showed up to repair something in the attic. The repair man did not want to come in when he found out I was just renting but then the property manager called me directly to tell me to let him in. It was very awkward and we had planed to go out and could not leave until he was done so we were late to our event. The property manager said he was going to come but he never did. It was very frustrating. I feel they could of scheduled the repair at a time when guest were not there.
