Perfect little place.

Great little place. Perfect location. Clean and has everything you need in a tidy small kitchen. Bathroom a good size which allowed us to both get spruced at the same time.

We have booked this beautiful suite twice in the last 3 years( 2 weeks we stay) and we will definitely book it next time we head down . It is absolutely a gem of a suite, very clean, beautiful balcony everything you need for a comfortable stay.And is steps away from grocery store, coffee shop, restaurant and beach. Definitely a 10 out of a 10. Delphine our host is wonderful to work with and very easy fo get a hold of and promptly answers any questions.

Great Location for Orient Beach Vacation

We just returned from a 2 1/2 week stay in this clean, spacious, studio in the heart of Orient Village. The location is ideal. Steps away from the bakery, grocery market, restaurants, and most important - Orient Beach. The large patio and clothes washer are an added bonus. Delphine is super to work with and has always been quick to respond if there is a question or concern. This was our second stay and we are looking forward to another soon.

We have stayed here in the past and will stay here again. Apartment is nice, clean and perfectly located. One minute walk to the beach, convenience store and restaurants and always nice to see Delphine.

Delphine very kindly let us bring our food to the refrigerator before check-in time in the AM so that the food we had while staying in our timeshare would not thaw or spoil. Overall space was fine, large bathroom, very good shower. Bed was very firm, so we added a topper to the mattress ourselves. (Delphine said she was going to shop for one for guests to use.) Limited space in kitchen, and awkward doors over closet - had to be pushed in front of kitchen cupboards and stove to get into closet. Washer worked OK, dried clothes on deck rack. Wicker couch, chairs and loveseat with cushions - the latter making it possible to sit in them, but no long-term comfortable seating. Good TV reception with a lot of US channels. Large refrigerator with bottom freezer. The latter worked well, keeping ice cream and making ice cubes. After a couple of days, the fridge no longer cooled adequately. After we got a thermometer showing it was only in the 50s and 60s, we were able to convince Delphine that something should be done, and the repairman she brought in confirmed that it should be no warmer than 40. He was not able to fix it, so she move in a fridge from another apt. which worked OK. It was smaller, but had enough space for our needs. Internet worked very well. We moved one of the deck tables inside as we preferred to eat in. No screens on doors to deck, so we used the AC all the time which worked well. It could not be set lower than 20, but that was fine for sleeping. Apt. was clean
