Amalfi Dream is designed to entertain and sleeps up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms, 2 living spaces, open plan light filled kitchen and dining with high ceilings, three sets of French doors open to a private covered al fresco entertaining deck, with BBQ and bar fridge, offering views over the rolling back beach landscape and steps that lead down to the glass fenced heated pool*, spa and outdoor shower.
Amalfi Dream has everything you are looking for in a luxury holiday rental. Cooking will be a social pleasure with the ample bench space or why not stroll to Sorrento's fantastic range of eateries for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Downstairs hosts the 2 living spaces, dining and kitchen, a powder room and laundry, while the upper level accommodates 4 large light filled bedrooms, the master with a private balcony, ensuite, walk in robe with three other large bedrooms that are serviced by a stunning family bathroom.
Set in a quiet child friendly court, other features include Nobo heating panel, internal control for pool and spa functions, split system air conditioners, a security system, double carport.
* Please note there is an additional charge to gas heat the pool.

Guest Access:
Access via the driveway to the carport or front door. Guests have access to the entire property.
The Neighborhood:
Located only a few minutes’ walk to main street Sorrento, the front and back beaches, this property is set in a quite locale at the end of a small no through road. Only 5 minutes walk to Ocean Beach Road / Sorrento Village and Restaurants, Front Beach and Ferry.
Getting Around:
Only 5 minutes walk to Ocean Beach Road / Sorrento Village and Restaurants, Front Beach and Ferry. A quick 5-10 minute walk to Sorrento Back Beach. Fantastic local attractions nearby including Point Nepean National Park Bike Tracks, Peninsula Hot Springs (15 minutes drive), Point Leo Estate Winery and Sculpture Park.

Please note:
(i) Additional charges apply ($140 per day) for gas pool heating but not solar heated pools or gas heated spas. Please inform Holiday Shacks if you wish to have gas pool heating at the time of booking to ensure this can be arranged for your stay. Guests must book pool heating for the duration of their stay.
(ii) A Security Deposit (Bond) of $2,000.00 is required for all bookings.
We (Holiday Shacks) will email you a week prior to your stay requesting payment of bond, with a link to pay this.
(iii) A 2.5% credit card surcharge applies to credit/debit card payments. After your stay, we process the return of your bond within 14 working days to process, once our housekeeping teams have checked and serviced the property and no bond deductions need to be made.
(iv) Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Holiday Shacks requires all guests to sign and fill out a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been conducted and confirmed by us.
(v) Strictly no pets allowed: This property is not pet friendly. Evidence of pets will ensure bond is withheld.
(vi) We do not accept schoolies, bucks/hens bookings, groups under 28 years of age, nor do we accept parties or events due to strict council regulations. This excludes family bookings travelling with children under 18 years of age.
