Come stay with us at the Coconut Inn for the perfect, beach vacation! Our garden flat offers a private garden area w/ a dining table and conversation nook, tucked away from the shared pool, lounge chairs, and outdoor dining area. Enjoy being just steps away from the Gulf Coast beaches and a walkable distance to all of the great shops, eateries, and bars that Pass-a-Grille has to offer.

This modern 2 bedroom, garden flat was recently remodeled. It features a queen bed in each bedroom and a double futon in the living area. This apartment best accommodates 5-6 people. Guests have a full private bathroom with linens and toiletries. There is also a dining area which can be used as a dedicated workspace, and a full kitchen with a stove/oven, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker!

Dennis thank you so much for staying with us and for mentioning our clean rooms - (we have been a recipient of the Superior Small Lodging's White Glove Award every year since we opened) and for acknowledging our wonderful staff. As you know, February is one of the busiest times of year in Florida. Visit anytime between May and January for lower rates. Also, keep in mind it is a two bedroom apartment with fully equipped kitchen steps from the beach with free wifi, free parking, no resort fees, daily maid service, free use of beach cruiser bicycles to explore the laid back eclectic neighborhood where we are located. It is a highly sought after area and a favorite among visitors and locals alike with complete open access to the beach. We do hope you'll come back and visit again soon. Maggie

Wonderful hotel

Excellent private accommodations with amenities. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Loved French doors open to 99% private outdoor space. Perfect super close convenient locations to beach and restaraubts. Only criticism is the bathroom in unit was very basic needing upgrade. Staff was lovely.

Great spring break trip

Location is the best. Hosts very helpful and available. Very clean. Lots of beach stuff and toys to use during stay. Able to bring our dog a big plus. Would stay here again.

Had Fun!

The place was great. TVs in every room worked out great for the early bedtime for me and tv watcher my husband. The only draw back was the bathroom. Too small, no handicap bar in tub to get into and the major issue was no hand held shower head. I as a women did not feel clean. The location was superb! Would stay again!

Great location and nice amenities

The bikes and beach chairs were very much appreciated. Emigdio on the staff was so nice and accommodating. The kitchen lacked some cookware. For instance, it had a fairly new Teflon pan we used a couple of times for cooking eggs. However, the utensils were all metal. The grayish/white grout in the bathroom was black in some places. Overall, the unit was somewhat clean. We would consider staying there again. Pack a cookie sheet if you want to bake Valentine cookies.

The Coconut Inn is fabulous!

Our unit was very clean, and it was so convenient to walk to the beach, the shops and the bay! Having the bikes and beach chairs to use was really great too! Emigdio was super - always happy to help! My only wish would’ve been more counter space in the bathroom. Thank you for a great stay... I’m sure we’ll back again!!
