Gorgeous TOP Floor - Oceanfront Luxury Condo with Garage and Elevator!

Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this completely renovated and luxurious fully furnished, 3rd (top) floor, 3 bedroom/2 bath condo with elevator in building. Watch the ocean waves from the master "Sea Dolphins" suite king-sized bed. The "Nautical Room" has a king bed and the "Mermaid Room" has 2 twin size beds. All of the bedding & mattresses are new and this condo is comfortable for sleeping 6 people. The living room is furnished with high speed WIFI and cable TV with DVD player. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and is equipped with all NEW appliances, fully stocked with cookware and has a reverse osmosis water faucet. This condo has its own Rain Soft whole house water filter system. There is a beach access beside the building and enjoy two outdoor community pools and tennis/pickle ball court. Situated with front beach/ocean views and back marsh/Intracoastal views, guests can enjoy an afternoon of bird watching, beach combing and water sports. Convenient to shopping, dining, spa, golf, nightlife, boating, fishing, water activities & bike rentals. A short drive to area amusement parks, you can get out and enjoy the local activities or stay in to relax and enjoy the peaceful views. There is plenty of bird watching with flocks of pelicans daily. Watch the ocean waves closely to see pods of dolphins coming up for air while catching their morning or evening meals. Early risers can see the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony and don't miss the gorgeous sunset views over the marsh from the west side (entry) of the condo. Included is a covered parking space where there is a private garage that will fit one additional car and extra storage of beach items. Plus, one additional guest parking pass. If you use the garage you can park a total of 3 cars. There's also a dedicated storage closet near the garage for convenient access to your beach chairs & sand toys.
The 60 days cancellation policy will be waived in case of a Named Storm . A full refund will be made for booked or unused nights.

This is an amazing property and Jim is an amazing host! Jim is great to communicate with. He provided helpful information before the trip started and once we arrived he gave us a walk through of the property over the phone which really helped avoid any questions we may have encountered while we were there.The photos displayed within VRBO are spot on! The property is as beautiful as the photos depict! Great view of the ocean from the balcony and the views from the front door/entrance are spectacular as well!The property is spacious and well laid out. Everything necessary for cooking and eating meals was there.Our experience at the property was a great one!

This was the perfect home away from home to say the least! James went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I had the best stay possible. His communication and kind attention were outstanding. The condo was PERFECT! The Mathis's didn't forget a single detail. It was obvious that this condo is maintained with love. You will never feel more at home anywhere else. The care and organization throughout the condo were very impressive! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Also, the water filtration system on the kitchen sink is a big plus! It was a very quiet, peaceful, and relaxing stay. The ocean view and access could not have been better. We will definitely return to stay in this unit the next time we visit Wilmington! Thank you for an outstanding experience!!!

Beach Weekend

We have been using VRBO for several years and this was absolutely the very best experience for multiple reasons: 1) Location, location on the north end of Wrightsville beach within walking distance of the inlet across from Figure Eight island. Oceanfront view from balcony is spectacular and sunsets from the front door are breathtaking. 2) Jim is the most organized, communicative, professional and friendly host ever. Provided a virtual walk around upon arrival and responded promptly to any questions making sure we had everything we needed. He is a remarkable, one-of-a kind host. 3) Condo is perfectly decorated for a beach experience and efficiently organized for your stay. 4) Close proximity to great restaurants, activities for kids, shopping and water sports. Wrightsville Beach is a wonderful place and Jim ensures you experience that.

Perfect getaway.

Jim and Peggy's beach condo was perfect. It was spotless, had every amenity we needed, there was a garage and parking spot. King beds. An elevator to get to the third floor. A balcony with the clearest, closest, unobstructed view of an unbothered beach I've ever seen. Jim and Peggy were awesome, very responsive to communication. 11 out of 10. This place is amazing!

Quiet and Relaxing

Jim was very accommodating. Check in process was seamless. You can tell he takes pride in his property and wants to ensure guests have a relaxing stress free stay. From the second we arrived Jim instructed us to call him for the proper codes to garage and front door. Jim walked me through the unit to ensure we know we’re all important features were which put us at ease that we did not have to figure it out on our own!! We enjoyed the unit and cooking thanksgiving dinner there was a success. Great location on the beach. Feels very private. Being Greeted with beautiful sunrises over the water every morning made it worthwhile.

Nice unit with good view

We were visiting Wilmington to attend a wedding and several parties so we did not spend a great amount of time in the unit. It was very nice and comfortable and the ocean view and beach access were wonderful . We have stayed in many rentals throughout the country and this was the first time the owner shared explicit instructions about the condo and we had to make the beds when we arrived.

Top Notch Beach Condo on Wrightsville Beach

The location couldn’t be better. Wonderful view over the beach, at the North End. Very well furnished condo, good kitchen, comfy beds, great bathrooms. Owners have thought of just about everything. Would return again. Balcony overlooking beach has 6 nice chairs and has a bit of an overhanging roof, so that it can be enjoyed on sunny day without burning - we spent a lot of time there watching the beach. Strong dolphin theme in decorating. Garage slot has lots of beach toys for use. Owners very responsive and delightful to work with. This is an ideal beach front condo away from the crowded boardwalk area.

We love to meet our guests and offer a personalized check in experience if desired. We have many repeat guests who have fallen in love with "Sea Dolphins" and have become life-long friends.

Why they chose this property

If you're looking for a luxury, ocean front vacation experience with resort-style amenities, this is your perfect place to play and relax. We often see dolphins in the surf from the balcony or beach. Pelicans, seagulls and other sea birds are always flying by and bring the coast to life. This quiet section of the beach is away from the public access. With no building behind, you have lovely sunset views over the marsh and sunrise views over the Atlantic ocean. There's a convenient elevator to this 3rd floor (top) unit with vaulted ceilings in the living/dining areas and master bedroom. Highest quality beds & bedding with mattress toppers for extreme comfort. All mattresses & pillows have waterproof & bug proof covers. You can park or store items in the garage plus covered parking for 2 cars. We provide beach chairs and beach toys for your use. There is a keyless lock for easy come & go with no keys to keep up with.
