About this property

Waterfront home on Myakka

Watch the boats go by on Myakka River from your large screened Lanai with outdoor dining, lounge area and water side seating on the large boat dock. Our home is near the splendid Boca Grande Beaches as well as 34 Miles of white sandy Beaches of Manasota Key and Palm Island and 15 Golf Courses. We charge $75 per week to heat the pool. Please let us know if you are interested in having the pool heated so that we can have it ready upon your arrival.
The Master Bedroom has a King bed with nightstands, dresser, flat screen TV, lounge seating with reading lamp, pool area access and adjacent oversized master bath with double granite vanity, walk-in shower, tub and large walk-in closet with additional dresser. The second bedroom has a King sized bed, the third and forth bedrooms have queen sized beds. The guest bathroom has a granite vanity and shower/tub. There is also a powder room off living area.
A lovely, quiet neighborhood close to the Myakka State Park. The neighborhood is perfect for bike riding or long walks by the river.

Ideal house for adults looking to "escape"

When we checked in, the property was immaculately clean, and the owner had left us an instruction book and garage door opener along with a bottle of wine. The house had plenty of nice linens and towels, and the pool was very refreshing. The location is a bit remote, but for us it was fine because we spent time on boats and touring other areas. We were disappointed that there were alligators in the canal and the river, so no paddle boarding, but we found plenty of other things to do in the area. The owner was very kind and easy to work with. I would stay here again.

Beautiful Home

This home far exceeded all expectations. The home was beautiful and well equipped with everything needed on vacation, including toiletries that you may have forgotten when packing. There were sand toys, coolers, beach chairs, bags, towels and even hats for a perfect beach stay. There were plenty of books and games plus all the streaming services you could imagine when relaxing inside. The home was very spacious which allowed us all to spread out. The home is a smidge off the beating path - it takes about 15 mins to get to the closest store. It was not an issue for us, but may be for others. We were within 30 mins to gasparilla island and 20 mins or so within manasota key/Englewood. We would definitely stay again. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Kitchen was well stocked, property centrally located for our trip - plenty of space for a group to stay. The property Provided so much more than we anticipated- beach towels, coolers, not too does, extra toiletries, sun block, bug spray etc. property Manager was very responsive.

River Paradise

My family of 5 stayed in this well maintained home and had plenty of room with 5 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Bring your clothes and your boat and leave everything else at home. They had everything you need for cooking or grilling beside the pool. They also had a few bikes, pool and beach supplies and much more. Kevin was very responsive and check in was extremely easy. Thanks for sharing your home with us we had an awesome time and will be booking again soon.
