About this property

Holladay Guesthouse Secluded Studio

At the base of the Cottonwood Canyons. We have taken extra precautions to carefully sanatize! Home to 4 wold class ski resorts, Snowbird, Alta, Solitude and Brighton. Close freeway access, short drive to Park City and Deer Valley. Located on a secluded wooded private lane. Modern rustic design. Private parking. Brand new upscale furniture. Comfortable beds. Access to a large landscaped lot. Close to parks, high end restaurants and upscale grocery stores.

Our Quaint guesthouse is in the much desirable area of Holladay. It has great views of Mt. Olympus, Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon. We are 2 miles away from downtown Holladay where there are restaurants and Harmons grocery store. Down the street from us is the local well know grocery store called The Store. They are known for their tasty meats, quality produce and the best fresh salsa in town. Located adjacent to I-215. There are 2 sides to the guesthouse with a laundry room that separates each unit.

The guesthouse is beautiful and we even saw some deer wanding through the yard! This was the perfect place for us while we were attending FanX. It is close to the freeway and not too far from Trax/Frontrunner. The host gave clear instructions to find the place and where to park. We definitely would consoder this place again in the future!

A perfect spot to stay for a long weekend in Salt Lake! Very clean, easy to follow instructions, and easy access to the highway to get to different spots around the city/surrounding areas.

Such a great spot! I was so impressed - the location, layout, convenience, communication, views, all of it! The space is designed so thoughtfully, really well thought through. Simple, aesthetically pleasing, and good quality. Well stocked. Super clean. Excellent communication with the hosts, very accommodating. We could not have found a more perfect "home base" for our family's trips to SLC.

Most of all, the hosts were very helpful and accommodating. The unit was clean and had all the amenities needed. They also had the most amazing foam pillows. I usually hate the pillows and bring my own, but these were just as good as the pillows I have at home.

High ceiling, remodeled, spacious bathroom, a decent-sized closet, plenty of lights inside, and a full kitchen. All of these make this studio feel spacious. There is only one window in this studio so the natural lights are limited. But when we open the side door that connects to the laundry room where the sliding door leads to the driving way, it makes the studio feel brighter and larger. The guest house is at the end of a beautiful lane and against 215 but there isn't much noise when the windows/doors are shut. So having a quiet sleep is no problem. We liked to take a short walk in the lane after dinner to enjoy the view of the beautiful homes along the lane, the majestic mountains, and intriguing sunset clouds. Liz and Dane are very kind hosts and quick to respond to any questions we had. Beautiful location and great hosts!

Lovely quiet getaway!

What a wonderful stay! The location is fabulous. Away from the crowds, but right near downtown Holladay. The neighborhood is beautiful, and the hosts were great. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful location

Got To Wash My Clothes

We enjoyed our stay. The location was good, not to far from anything we wanted to see. It was wonderful to be able to wash our clothes after 2 weeks of traveling. There was a large washer and dryer!!!
