Modern and completely renovated apartment located on the beach of Nettle Bay. Closed residence with night watchman, several swimming pools are at your disposal with a magnificent sea view, direct access to the beach, tropical garden and a parking spot. You will be charmed by its huge living space with equipped kitchen (oven, microwave.). The living room has a sofa bed and access to a terrace with panoramic views. The room is equipped with a dressing. It is an air-conditioned apartment with wifi access. Possibility to smoke on the terrace.
Ideal location, 3 min walk from a supermarket open 7/7, bakery and restaurants, water sports.
Ideally located just 10 minutes from the Dutch side known for its casinos and atmospheric bar. And 5 minutes from Marigot capital of the French part.
5 minutes walk from several restaurants Mezza luna (we love), Coté Lagon .... a mini-market open 7/7, a gas station and a pharmacy.
About 8 min walk you will find a bakery, a wine cellar.
And 3 minutes walk from a nautical center (jet ski, luxury boat rental ....)

Communication with host both before and during our stay was excellent. Laurence was a pleasure to deal with; she was knowledgeable about the island and made check-in and check-out very smooth. Unit was clean and extremely well equipped--kitchen had every gizmo and gadget you could possibly need. Location was great--even though it was the busy season, this particular part of NBBC was fairly quiet and very picturesque. Villa Dolce and those surrounding it were very well maintained with lots of extra touches such as gardens and outdoor lighting. We would definitely return to this unit for another stay!

The Dolce Villa was very nice. We were there for 3 weeks. Appliances, stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine were all newer and worked great. No dryer, but you have a drying rack that worked well. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We loved having the pool days and found it very relaxing to take a break from the beaches. Laurence was always available for any questions and responded back right away.

Enjoyed our stay - the unit was in good shape and the property was clean and quiet with a very nice sand/beach area and a really nice large, well kept, pool and pool area. We will definitely be back.

Great apartment near the water

The property was very well maintained, and the host was very responsive. A great place to stay while you explore the island. Very comfortable and conveniently located, though you'll definitely want a car to get around as the neighborhood wasn't designed with pedestrians in mind.

Spacious condo with a wonderful view of the sea.

The property was well maintained and Ness, the owner was gracious and accommodating. We enjoyed the pool, local restaurants and nearby beaches. There are many areas and beaches to explore in St Martin!

Clean, minimalist stay right at the beach

Great location, close to restaurants and right at the beach. The kitchen has the very basics for quick cooking. The hot water 3 gallon heater heats the water fast, so people can take hot showers when they are spread apart.

Quaint beach cottage

Spent 10 incredible days here and loved every bit! Super accessible to the beach, pool, market, bakery. 10-20 minutes from multiple parts of SXM. The house had just about everything we needed to be able to cook - including basic spices, utensils and plenty of dishes. Linens + towels were provided (would recommend to owner having some extra for longer stays!) The community itself is very quiet (besides the occasional motorbike noises at night - but short lived and not too bad) & neighbors are very polite. The owner was very nice and responsive when we had a question. Gave us some recommendations of beaches / snorkel spots, which was fun! They also own a restaurant within walking distance, and we had an incredible dinner & experience! Would absolutely stay here again!!

Dulce apartment Nettle baie

The apartment is really spacious - it’s like a little villa with its own front door, deck etc and shared grounds. Bedroom with comfy bed, plenty of drawers and wardrobe space. The kitchen works well; living area is huge and deck with outside furniture and loungers is fantastic. Just about 20m from a lovely big pool and the sea! The sea was rough while we were there as it was windy so we didn’t swim in it. The grounds are charming with palm trees waving in the tropical breezes! . The resort has locked gates, secure parking and a night watchman. The area is very quiet which suited us fine with about 6 places to eat within a 10 minute walk. Beach bars and restaurants . We walked into Marigot -about 30-40min which has some good shops and boats! Buses are very unpredictable- there isn’t a public bus service. Taxis are easy. We had a great time and really loved the apartment . Thank you for a special holiday.

Beautiful Views, excellent property

We can't say enough about our stay and how nice it was. Aside of the beauty of St. Martin in general, it helps when we arrive to a clean and updated property with sensational views and amenities. The Nettle Bay Beach Club is a gated property with individually owned units. The entire property has been re-vitalized and the pools, grounds, trees and plants were all nicely kept and clean. The unit was simple, but luxe. Great floors, tasteful furnishings, well thought out kitchen and modern euro-appliances. Ceiling fans in each room and excellent A/C made it very comfortable. The bedroom had good closet storage and a comfy bed with duvet. The room safe was important for us, and was big enough for 2 laptops and other valuables. The sliding doors open wide to a beautiful deck with ocean views, and nice outdoor furniture and 2 lounge chairs. The pool was cold but refreshing and clean, and the beach was pretty but not swimmable. The location is close to Marigot town and a 20 to 30 minute drive to Orient Bay and Grand Case, where we chose to spend a number of our beach days and evenings. Also, close to the Dutch side where Cupecoy and Baie Longue are. We loved the little market within walking distance, and visited Mezza Luna restaurant for meals at least 3 times - very delicious. Finally, we appreciated the excellent communications from Capucin, the property manager, and Erwan, who was helping out. We even got to meet Ernest, the unit owner, who was wonderfully engaging and pleasant. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our choice and hope to be back soon!
