This dalmatian semi-detached house is located on the main promenade in the beautiful town of Stobreč. The house has 3 floors that are all connected with the inside stairs. The ground-floor has direct exit on the 60m2 terrace that overlooks the sea. On the ground floor is fully equipped kitchen with a big dining table, cozy living room with TV and a bathroom that includes a washing machine. Both two upper floors have their own big balcony from where you can enjoy the view over the sea. Each floor has two sleeping rooms and a bathroom. The whole house, together with its enclosed outside space, is fully yours to enjoy!

This house is perfect to fully enjoy your holiday with your family or friends. It is spacious with two balconies and a big terrace overlooking the sea. The house is in a peaceful area of Stobrec and at the same time walking distance close to the center of the town, namely to supermarket, bakery, park, beach, cafe bars and restaurants.
And I am sure you will love spending time on its terrace, relaxing on deck chairs under the blue sky, while enjoying the sea view.
