1st-floor condo with 3 pools, whirlpool, tennis courts, lanai overlooking boat basin with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Corner view with an excellent view of the boats, channel, and right on the boardwalk!! Short walk or bike ride to the beach or take your boat right out of your slip!! The gated community and an ADT security system is added security and comfort. Two parking spaces under the condo offering added vehicle protection and convenience. Pull out couch for additional people!

Private pilot, sailor, scuba diver living life above, on, and below the beautiful waters of Florida. I love to dive in the keys. Sailing out to Sanibel is a daytime favorite. Grilling on the Causeway to Sanibel is special. Hanging at the pool, playing tennis, or basketball at the condo is great fun.

Lanai out the back is first level and right on the water with spectacular sunsets nightly. 3 pools and a whirlpool to choose from. Seafood restaurant 150 yards away. Tennis, pools, board walking, boating, fishing and super sunsets all within the condo complex.
