Building Improvement from 5/1/2021 - 12/24. Various stages of building improvement will be happening. Pool will be closed and no beach access. New fire sprinkler will be installed March 2024.

Modern Contemporary Art Decor with some high tech furniture.

Oceanfront condo in satellite beach, 2 bedrooms and two full bath. New carpeting and floors. Living room tables have USB ports to charge your phones. All bedrooms lamps have USB ports. Full newly renovated kitchen with oven, microwave, and frig. Cable tv in living room and master bedroom. Roku tv in Near cocoa beach and 30 minutes from Orlando or Cape Canaveral. Great place to stay for space X viewing opportunities.

Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The ocean is the backyard. Laundromat by the elevator. Recycling bins in garage.

Two elevators are on the premises. Three stairs for those do not want to take the elevators.

No smoking or pets allowed. Very quiet condo for relaxing and rest.

Security deposit required. Wireless is available.

Big Mistake

The VRBO add said the beach access was closed. Understood. The pool was closed also but that was declared after we booked. the building was under construction. The rooms smelled of paint and finish vapors as they were hammering on the outside walls. one morning at 8 AM the worker began hammering as if they were coming through the wall - Bring your own toilet paper and paper towels as there were none. the furniture was hard as a rock very uncomfortable as was the outside seating. there was very very limited parking due to all the construction going on. our car was covered in soot from all the blasting and painting yes I knew the beach access was closed but so was the pool and the short walk to the beach was not as short as declared. at 9:30 PM the building manager banged on the door to look for a water leak as a unit below was experiencing a water leak. None was found None of the construction was conveyed Extremely disappointed

Building under serious renovations

Noise from 8 am to 5 because of construction- and based on the pool being closed and construction we had no access to beach without going to a public access. The parking was a challenge but workable depending on time of day - Kitchen well stocked and living room furniture very comfy but beds and bed linens need upgraded.

Vacation on beach

We had a wonderful time at this condo. We were able to leave windows open and listen to waves all night. The condo is convenient to multiple restaurants and activities. We really enjoyed our stay.

She thought of everything

The owner thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable -- we lacked for nothing! Plenty of space to hang out in, fully equipped kitchen, lots of towels etc. We walked in and could start our vacation right away! Thanks Victoria for making it a nice getaway!

Enjoyed the ocean

We had a great time at a condo with a residential location. There were several times we had practically the entire beach area to ourselves. The on site staff was very helpful and polite. The condo was clean and spacious with all the necessary amenities. Shopping and restaurants were close by. We enjoyed vacation and would recommend.
