Great for large groups!

Was easy to get in contact with, beautiful house, great for a large group. Good location. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location but owners need to raise their game

The reality of this property compared to online was sadly disappointing. The location and pool area are spot on, but the cleanliness and presentation in general well below below par for what is charged. The rooms are made up like a dorm. Ie master room sleeping 5. It was also surprising and kind of strange that on our first evening the owners thought it appropriate to be visibly watering the garden at 8pm while my guests and I were on the patio. Furthermore the other owner busied himself on the driveway - all within direct eyeshot of the patio. The owner was even found entering the lounge at one point. I had to have swift words to remind them of the privacy we expected. The linen provided was poor and low quality. Bathrooms had no hand towels, cleanliness marginal and cluttered with their personal items. Some beds only had a bottom sheet and duvet. No top sheet. The kitchen equipment provided was adequate but the dishwasher was broken. 90% of the kitchen is inaccessible. The owners belongings are everywhere and it was not until the total $ amount was automatically deducted when booking the house, did the owners email me to advise they would be staying onsite (initially in the study) during our entire stay. Not happy. We did negotiate a cash back deal in return for our group not using all bedrooms. And the communication with Monica was pleasant. She even setup the dining table for us which was a lovely touch. So renters beware - for us we had a reunion weekend so the location to Westfield Newmarket is superb (15 min walk), the pool area and grounds well maintained. The spa pool was cold so therefore useless to us. Inspect first before paying $$$$.

Beautiful house and really spacious. owners are really nice. Says party house but cant have music after 8. That's the only downfall, other then that definitely recommended
