Nice property—not as close as I imagined to downtown
This was a nice property that was slightly over one mile to the retail part of Williamsburg. We had older family members who could not manage that distance (we also had unseasonably hot weather). Also, our unit was not well-stocked compared to other Vrbo’s we’ve rented. That was a bit disappointing and surprising.

This location is right next to colonial Williamsburg and walking distance. Outlet shopping is quite a ways a way due to the historical nature of the location. The guest must not have looked at the property location prior to booking. As far as the guest saying it was not well stocked……I’m not sure if she wanted a snack bar provided? First time we’ve ever heard this one but the kitchen is 100% completely stocked with every possible utensil and cooking item you would need to provide any type meal and there is coffee and popcorn provided. We feel that guests prefer not to have perishable items in the unit when they arrive and due to Covid protocol we do not provide food and drinks for our guests. Not sure why she was surprised or disappointed because no where in the listing does it allude that we provide any of that so again she didn’t obviously read the listing.
Must just be looking for a reason to complain I suppose.
