Nicely furnished ~ convenient location across from beach

Nicely furnished and maintained. This condo is located across the street from the beach. It has dedicated beach access(sand path). A short walk will have you enjoying the pristine white sandy beach and watching the Gulf waves roll in within minutes.

This sweet condo has lots of accessories, including: Keurig coffee maker, beach wagon, umbrella and chairs, phone chargers, etc. The complex has a very tropical setting and is nicely landscaped. There is a great swimming pool and gazebo area with BBQ grills. This property is conveniently located to shopping areas, restaurants and entertainment.

Two elevators and dedicated parking adds to the convenience of this great property.

***Beginning April 15, elevator replacement will begin for the east elevator. The west elevator will be available for all guests. The project is set to end June 1.***

Sea Breeze is a very convenient location. Being across the street from the beach results in a more economical stay. Dedicated beach access across the street is also a nice feature. Nicely decorated

We’ve stayed at sea breeze many times. This is definitely the best decorated unit we’ve stayed in. Beds were comfortable, we will definitely stay again.

Great location and price

We had a wonderful time at Gulf Shores! We were right across the beach with private beach access at a fraction of the price of the places across the street. The building had all the amenities we need. Would definitely stay there again!

Economical Condo

Good place for a cheaper price. Parking was a challenge. Too far to walk to anything. Please remember to walk the path to the beach otherwise the Condo (across the street) “security guard” will stop you from waking thru the parking lot.

Parking was terrible with a mid-size truck. We had to pull up and back several times when entering and leaving. Beach access is not terrible, just uncomfortable crossing a busy highway with kids. I will book with Bender again, just not this property.

Good location for beach .. Vert dirty room

Sheets where dirty and we washed them spoon arrival . Condo smelled like grease and microwave was filthy . Bathroom sink did not drain properly and had old water sitting in it at check in . Automatic door was very unreliable and half the time wouldn’t lock so we would stand outside room for 10-15 mins waiting on it to lock so we could leave . Pool was very cloudy . Location is good for beach access.
