Estero Island Beach Villas will be sure to sweep all your worries away! This end unit is a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom, open-concept condo located on the popular northern tip of the island. Immediately walking through the front door, you are welcomed by the captivating views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach! This fourth-level living has beautifully tiled floors throughout, which lead the way to many updated features! The fully equipped kitchen has every amenity needed for an extended stay or a short getaway! The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom has 2 double beds, allowing this unit to accommodate up to 6 people. This condo also includes an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as covered parking to ensure a hassle-free stay! Stepping outside, you can soak up the sun at the beachfront heated pool or cookout at the BBQ grilling area! Not far from your front door, you will find the 7-mile stretch of sugar-sand beach and a tranquil nature preserve featuring a boardwalk and trails! With just a short walk or a quick trolley ride, you will be sure to enjoy lively downtown Times Square, as well as many local shops, restaurants, and island activities! We really enjoyed our stay. All the furniture and appliances appeared new and and clean. The balcony overlooking the beach was wonderful. It was nice to have a second balcony facing east to watch the sunrise. We would definitely stay here again .

The Great Condo Stay

We had a great time on our vacation. The condo is beautiful and has a great view of the Gulf of America. You can see the bay side from the master bedroom balcony. We would choose to come and stay again.

Spring break on the beach.

The condo was better than the pictures! Great kitchen with all the needed utensils. Great porch/balcony overlooking the Gulf. Master bedroom had small balcony overlooking lagoon.Perfect location for things to do but also not in a congested area. I would rent it again!

Excellent property; beautiful location. Great access to the beach, as well as downtown beach area. Washer/dryer were handy, and starter sets of dishwasher and clothes washer soaps helpful. Would highly recommend!!

Beautiful sunsets at the beach

This was a very relaxing time at the beach, with a beautiful view, comfortable bed, lots of towels and a very responsive management company. They were quick to respond and were able to accommodate us when our originally booked condo became unavailable at the last minute.

Great beach stay!

Beautiful condo, that had everything we needed. Pool area has grill and tables, but pool itself is smaller and basic. Nice beach area, and close enough to walk to town center (less than a mile). If you drive can be difficult to park. Had a great time, would recommend!

Beautiful views!

Loved the layout. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The only thing no beach chairs like the other condos in the area. Pool very nice.

Absolutely loved this condo. It was cleaned, accurate pictures, everything you need plus more. The beach was relaxing, clean minus the red algae. Guess it was the season. You have tons of food options, and shopping too. Sanibel and captiva aren’t far. So visit if you can. The beds were so comfortable. The views were amazing, you have the sunset on the front balcony, and sunrise in the back. Doesn’t get any better than that. My family enjoyed themselves. Only suggestion would be to add a beach umbrella to the inventory. Also updating the mop, as it was pretty sparse. The guest bathroom rug was causing an issue closing the door. Might want to get something else that can work better. Overall I would totally rebook again

Perfect Unit In This Building!

We loved our time in this unit! It was updated, clean and resembled the photos in the listing. This unit was fantastic as it's the end unit in the building offering a screened lanai gulf side and bay side. We could sit and watch the sun rise over the bay and then watch the sun set over the gulf. UHMAZING views. The weather was gorgeous and we were able to leave the doors open and get an amazing cross breeze and turn off the A/C for a few days! My only complaint is that there weren't any chairs or beach items in the unit. Most places we stay have a closet with a few items to enjoy your time on the beach. But, everyone else was great! We would stay here again!

Beautiful Sunset Views

My son had two baseball tournaments over the span of a week so we decided to make a vacation out of it. If you are in town for PG baseball tournaments in Ft. Myers this complex is within a 35 minute drive of all of their fields, or at least the ones we went to. It is, however, Ft Myers beach so expect it to be busy and to deal with a bit of traffic. We did have a little parking issue (we needed 2 vehicles and only 1 pass is available per unit) but the management company worked with us and they came up with a solution which was greatly appreciated. The unit is clean and spacious. The lounge chair on the balcony was broken (ripped) and unusable but I made the management company aware of it so I am sure it has been replaced. There was plenty of other seating on the balcony so it wasn't an issue for us. The view and sunsets are spectacular. One important note is that the Pink Shell is right next door to this unit and they have a musician there every night for their guests. I quite liked sitting out on the balcony with a soundtrack but it may not be for everyone. I did not notice/hear the music when I was inside the unit, only on the balcony. The beds were comfortable and it was nice for my teenagers to not be stuck on the usual twin size beds that they get at other condos, both beds in the 2nd bedroom are full size. All in all I would stay here again, and I probably will because there will be more baseball in Ft. Myers next summer :)

Great view

The view is amazing!!! The only thing I would say is they only gave us one thing to toilet paper and one garbage bag we had to buy more. Other then that it is a very nice and beautiful view!!

Condo is at north end of building, and has windows on 3 sides (a view of bay from bedrooms and Gulf view from living, kitchen, dining), so has outside light and great views in all rooms. Has lania on beachside and balcony on bayside. Clean, well equiped, and updated furnishings.
