Channel Lookout - Water views & public dock!

This property has a location that is rich with amenities. Situated right next to Memorial Park, you can sit on the deck and enjoy the water views as the kids run and play, or fish and crab at the waterfront Memorial Park. The first floor is an open room consisting of the kitchen, dining area and living room (with queen sleeper sofa). You'll also find a full bath on this level. The second floor offers a queen bedroom with a private deck that has unlimited views of the Assateague Channel! The second bedroom has two twin beds and you'll find another full bathroom upstairs as well. Come and see for yourself! (Waterfront areas, dock, pier and playground area pictured are public property/Memorial Park.)

Wonderful Stay

We had a great stay here for our anniversary trip with our toddler. It was cozy and comfortable and we enjoyed being right on the water with the playground. Unit was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Great getaway spot

We loved the location! There was a park right outside for the kids to play at, and we could go fishing off the pier just right outside as well. Perfect for us.

Great Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 19 days in October. Had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for the 2 of us. My husband caught lots of fish on the dock and I was able to enjoy walks around the park. The view was breathtaking and a joy to wake up to and end the evening with everyday.
