Sunset Bay Villa 212 - Pet friendly; Waterfront!

Cozy and luxurious, three bed, two bath waterfront villa with private balcony. Beautiful kitchen space overlooks the bright, open dining/living area. Step out onto the waterside balcony and enjoy the water, wildlife, and sunset views. Bedrooms are spaced nicely - one full, one with two twins, and one king suite. King suite includes two mirrored closets, large bathroom with stand-up shower, and an additional entryway to the private balcony overlooking the Chincoteague Bay. Enjoy access to the community pool and fitness center within the villa complex. Conveniently located to our historic downtown area, you can walk to dinner, movies, shopping, galleries and more. This unit does not include a private boat slip, however, use of the common area marina is included.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Super quiet and relaxing just what we needed. Condo had everything we needed. Had a minor door code issue and had help right away. Liked it so much we stayed an extra day. Will return to same resort, maybe a different condo just to spice it up.

October 2022 Stay

The Bourbon Street Shuckers visited for Oysterfest. We have stayed here a few times and enjoy the view and location. The kitchen pots and pans could be updated. We plan to be back in 2023 for Memorial Day! We love the island! The management responded very quickly to our needs!

August 2022 Stay

Loved the beautiful view out of the family room and the master bedroom. The condo was very nice and well appointed. So convenient to shops, restaurants, and downtown. We had a problem with an electrical plug and the electrician came over that same day and was extremely efficient.
