This cozy holiday 50m2 residency with PRIVATE 20m2 outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a fenced 100m2 beautiful garden with Mediterranean vegetation is offering an ideal setup for a relaxing holiday with your family, friends and pets.

Located in peacuful and quiet area of Šilo the apartment offers open space living/dining room connected with SUNNY GARDEN where you will find a SWIMMING POOL, sun loungers, external shower and covered sitting/eating area for your exculsive private use.

Apartment has ONE BEDROOM with queen size bed (160x200) and spacy built-in closet. In the LIVING ROOM you will find couch which tranfroms into comfty king size bed 180x200 or two separate single beds 90x200 suitable for two adult or kids, Smart TV, Satelite programs, FREE WiFi and Air conditioning.

In the KITCHEN you will find everything needed for easy and enjoyable cooking. Hot plate stove, big refrigerator & freezer, dishwasher and in the pantry Dolce gusto espresso machine, electric grill, pots&pans, toaster, kettle, salt, sugar and pepper.

BATHROOM has a shower, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries (toilet paper, hand liquid soap) and FREE use of laundry machine.

You will have access to the building (enterance) and the whole described apartment along with the private garden and swimming pool + 2 free parking spaces on premises.
I'll do my best to be present at your arrival.
However, If for some reason that's not possible, I'll be available 0-24 via phone or e-mail.
*PETS are welcome with prior approval. Fee is 15€ per night/per pet. Max two pets weighing 10 kg or less.
*SMOKING is not allowed inside the apartment itself but guests shall still be able to smoke on the outdoor areas.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in Silo

Wir waren 10 Tage in der Ferienwohnung in Silo. Es ist eine tolle und saubere Unterkunft mit eigenem Pool. Den haben wir sehr genossen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig am Rand von Silo. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar.

Toller Urlaub

Wir haben hier einen tollen zweiwöchigen Urlaub verbracht. Perfekt ist das Objekt für 2 Personen. Zwei weitere Personen können auf der ausziehbaren Couch im Wohnbereich untergebracht werden. Die Couch ist als Schlafmöglichkeit recht hart. Für 1 - 2 Wochen aber machbar. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist um so bequemer. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Jederzeit erreichbar und immer einen Tipp parat.

Einfach nur ein Traum

Die Unterkunft ist einfach ein Traum. Alles super gepflegt, es gibt alles was man braucht 😍 und die Gastgeberin Mia, einfach nur perfekt. Sie war immer erreichbar, richtig nett und auch verständnisvoll wenn mal was kaputt geht 🙈 das Pool war auch toll 😍. Es kommt sogar einmal in der Woche eine Firma und macht das Pool sauber. Wir kommen wieder 🤗

Sehr schönes Apartment!

Mia hat hier ein sehr schönes Apartment! Wir haben unseren Urlaub im vollen Zügen genossen. Wenn man mal keine Lust auf das Meer hat, kann man sich es Zuhause am Pool gemütlich machen. Wir sind mit unseren 2 Chihuahua verreist. Da einer immer ausbüchsen will, war es sehr von Vorteil, dass der komplette Garten ummauert ist. Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder!

Perfekte Ruhe Oase

Mia ist eine ganz tolle und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Ihr Appartment ist toll für ruhige und entspannte Tage voller Privatsphäre. Alles ist tip top sauber und modern. Der Pool ist ein Highlight.
