Welcome to the Birdsnest, the perfect retreat for those tired wings.
Perched on top of one of the highest points in Vancouver, - - - Originally and always xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) original inhabitants of the unceded land which is now known as the city of Vancouver. (gotta give my respect)

With breathtaking views of all the mountains and city skyline in your private 1000 sq ft retreat with an additional 600 sq ft private rooftop oasis, you will always fly back to the Birdsnest whenever Vancouver calls you.

At the Birdsnest we understand how important your morning coffee and tea can be.
We rotate and refresh our stock regularly, so you always know it's fresh.

Everything you will need. you will find.

With at least minimum of 10 - 15 different coffee strengths and flavors
& a wide variety of English, Asian & Indian Teas.

-Nespresso Vertuo Machine
-Keurig Pod specialty machine with Coffee Grind brewing capability & ice brew function
-Electric Tea Kettle
-Aeroccino milk frother.
-Tabletop ice maker
-Soda Stream.
-Water Cooler with both cold and hot water function

We have lots of Nespresso and Keurig pods. And you can have as many as like, if you run out of a flavor you like I can easily stock you up.


We always stock the fridge with coffee creamers as well as powdered coffee mate
& for sweeteners we got you covered.
Honey, brown & white sugar, Splendas and everything sweet in between.

I have paper cups when u need a coffee to go and delicate little double walled glass cups designed for those fancy little espresso coffees that you have to hold with one finger


FOR THE KIDS-----I will admit, the house is not designed for little kids under the age of 5.

There is no carpeting and there is a set of stairs leading from the entry up to the main floor, as well as a set of stairs that lead up to the patio that is difficult to gate off:
The sinks all sit up off the counter and there are a lot of low level cabinets and drawers that are difficult to lock up.

Now that being said,
If you can get past all that. This place is amazing for kids over 5

Did someone say LEGO PARTY? with 5 large tubs that stand 6 feet high full of lego. One of your kids' brains may explode.


There are 3 large playgrounds all within a 3 min walk from the house.
