Located on one of Columbia’s most beautiful and historic properties, the Clark-Hubbard House and Gardens, the Camellia cottage is truly one of a kind. Relax in this quiet and spacious, fully furnished cottage that overlooks a beautiful garden that was started in the early 1900s. Situated only 2 blocks from the heart of the Devine St. district where there’s shopping, coffee/restaurants and bars, and less than 3 miles from the South Carolina Football stadium, you’ll have easy access to all that Columbia has to offer.
This 1 bedroom, 1 bath guest cottage is fully furnished with a queen bed and a sleeper sofa (double). The cottage is above a 2 car garage with separate access to the entrance after walking up a flight of stairs. The main room includes an open floor plan living and dining area plus an efficiency kitchen which includes a microwave, coffee maker, sink with disposal, mini refrigerator with freezer, a large convection toaster oven and 2 ceramic burners. The bedroom is cozy and quiet and includes a Juliet balcony. The spa like bathroom includes a double shower with a rain shower head and large soaking tub.
