California contemporary meets Ocean City Charm in this 2nd floor 3 bed 2 bath unit in the prestigious, quiet Gardens neighborhood. Clean and bright! Enjoy the tranquility this space has to offer! Sun on your back deck or enjoy morning coffee or happy hour cocktails on your covered porch. Plenty of space for everyone to relax! Unit recently renovated and awaiting your arrival! Playground for the kids 1 block away. Walk, bike or drive to some of the finest beaches on the island! Want to go to the boardwalk or for a stroll in town but hate to pay those high parking fees? You will have a dedicated parking space to use in the Charlie lot just behind the boardwalk at 9th and Atlantic for your convenience! 4 beach tags provided for your use during your stay(to be returned at end of stay). Sorry NO senior week, pets or smoking. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
