Sun on your back deck or enjoy morning coffee or happy hour cocktails on your covered porch. Plenty of space for everyone to relax! Unit recently renovated and awaiting your arrival! Playground for the kids 1 block away. Walk, bike or drive to some of the finest beaches on the island! Want to go to the boardwalk or for a stroll in town but hate to pay those high parking fees? You will have a dedicated parking space to use in the Charlie lot just behind the boardwalk at 9th and Atlantic for your convenience! 4 beach tags provided for your use during your stay(to be returned at end of stay). Sorry NO senior week, pets or smoking. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

Lovely vacation home

Beautifully decorated and tastefully updated upper floor apartment with plenty of light and outdoor space. Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach and boardwalk. We had a great trip!

Great stay!!

This home was perfect for our extended family vacation. The layout is great and the beds were very comfy. Having a parking spot at the boardwalk was really convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

A true gem!

So beautiful and immaculately clean! The boardwalk parking spot is amazing. It makes it so convenient to come and go as you please. The outdoor shower is a great feature as well, especially with little ones. It was a wonderful vacation, and I already booked again for next year. I can see us visiting for many years to come!

A convenient, super clean, and easy experience

We just got back from the best OC vacation. These owners were so great to communicate with. They thought of everything from the renovation, to decor, cleanliness was superb, to prime boardwalk parking spot that was included. I’d re-book here in a heartbeat!

Perfect stay in OC

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was even better than the photos - very well maintained and on a quiet street. It has a parking spot and also comes with another by the boardwalk which is a huge perk! The owners were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We couldn't be happier and would definitely stay again.
