The kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and stove. Island counter with 6 barstools and a dining table that seats 8-10 comfortably. Laundry room has a full size washer and dryer supplied with detergent. The family room has a sleeper bed couch and TV. Beautiful showers and tubs throughout. We provide all your linens, dishes, basic utensils and supplies, pots and pans. BBQ also provided.

This lower level has its own keyless entry and the stairwell can be locked to keep both of the levels separate. Enjoy sitting outside in this lower level under a 700 sq ft covered patio. Ping pong table provided. There is NO lower garage access.
