Our Gang-Gang apartment is a stylish modern and light filled 1-bedroom apartment close to the city, shops and attractions.
There is a tram station outside the apartment which takes you to the centre of Canberra city in minutes. Braddon and ANU is close by.
Enjoy relaxing with our large screen Android TV with Netflix, YouTube Premium and free wifi. This is the perfect home away from home, designed for business travel or for couples travelling on holiday.

Our modern stylish Gang-gang apartment (named after the Australian Capital Territory’s Faunal Emblem, the gang-gang cockatoo) is located on the upper levels of the apartment complex. This open plan apartment is accessible through lifts. We provide an air purifier in the living area.

KITCHEN:
This is a fully equipped equipment with:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- oven
- microwave
- kettle
- toaster
- dishwasher
- crockery and cutlery
- coffee pod machine
- cooking basics (e.g. oil, salt and pepper)

We also provide tea, coffee pods, sugar and some basic cereal.

BEDROOM:
This has a king size bed with linens and wardrobe with full-length mirrors. The bedroom comes with side lamps, USB chargers & spare outlets for each bedside, and a Goog1e Assistant smart clock: "Hey Goog1e, wake me up at 7am" or "Hey Goog1e, play ocean sounds".

LIVING ROOM:
This comes with a large screen Android TV with Netflix, YouTube Premium and Chromecast. You can play your own content with our supplied HDMI cable, and stream content via Chromecast. You can get advice from the Goog1e Assistant in the living room - "Hey Goog1e, what's the weather today?".
The futon couch can be turned into an extra sleeping space for an additional guest if needed (at an extra cost of $20/night to cover set up and pack down - just let us know in your booking).

BATHROOM:
The bathroom comes with a toilet, sink and shower. We provide towels for each registered guest, toilet paper, bodywash and shampoo.
The bathroom also features a European style laundry which has a sink, washing machine (with provided laundry powder/liquid), and dryer. For the greener option, we provide a clothes horse that you can hang your clothes to dry.

POOL, GYM and BBQ:
You will have access during the duration of your stay to the shared facilities - the lovely 25m heated indoor pool, a large gym and outdoor BBQ areas. Please note that these are shared facilities so please be respectful of the other residents and ensure that things are kept clean and tidy.
Please note that the pool heater is currently under maintenance, so the pool may be cold.


FREE PARKING: The cost includes a single undercover parking space for the duration of your stay. The parking garage has a maximum height of 2.2m.

NO SMOKING: This property is for non-smokers only. This means no smoking on the balcony, or entering the property while smelling of smoke.
