Echuca 265 is a rustic, country home located on Campaspe Esplanade, just off the newly developed Warren St. An easy five-minute walk to town, this charming home has been recently updated, with new beds, couches, TVs, linen and furniture.
Its rustic appeal is complemented by a stunning bush backdrop, only a stone's throw to town.
A well equipped, updated kitchen, two living areas with flat-screen TVs, four spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms make this a comfortable and affordable option for families.
The home is also only minutes drive from the Vic Boat Ramp and has plenmty of options for off-street boat and car parking.
The kids will love the spacious backyard and bush setting. Campaspe Esplanade also provides a lovely bushwalking track, perfect for the kids to ride their bikes. There is also an outdoor dining and BBQ area.

Great location and pool!
Loved it, lots of room. Maybe not enough of chairs in the living room. The pool was just right, might need some stepping stones though. A bit squelchy around the gate and to the house. I would definitely rent it again.
