Blair Street - Central Echuca Moama position, pool and theatre room!

Blair Street is a master-built, 3.5 bedroom home in Moama. The location is second to none and central to both Echuca and Moama. A short walk to the popular Moama beach and a scenic walk across the bridge into Echuca. This stylish townhouse is central and private.

Downstairs you will find the spacious living and dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen. This area looks out to the stunning in-ground pool and yard. There is a fantastic outdoor entertaining area that has BBQ, TV, ceiling fans and heaters, as well as alfresco blinds for those hot days.

The theatre room even has a gas log fire for rainy day movies.

Downstairs you will find the master (with ensuite) and an additional powder room.
Upstairs there are two queen bedrooms and a third sleeping area at the top of the stairs. This has two king single beds and is not a private room (please see photos).

The home has hydronic heating and refrigerated air conditioning (separate climates for each floor).
