Perfectly relaxing getaway

My two adult children and I stayed at the property for three nights. We each had our own amazingly comfortable bed. The property easily accommodated three adults cooking meals, relaxing, and studying. The outside decks gave us ample space when we needed to have a break and have some privacy.The environment is unbelievably beautiful. The home is a well-decorated gem in the middle of green space with birds and deer. We loved our time there.The property owners are very communicative and had a welcome gift of a bottle of wine, chocolates, and a jar of local jam. We felt very pampered.We highly recommend this space for a perfect Cambria getaway.

Beautiful home in magical setting

Coastal Retreat is a lovely home in a setting that feels like a nature retreat, overlooking a lovely canyon full of trees and ferns. We were so grateful for the many thoughtful, personal touches throughout the house and all the care in the communication with the owner/host. Our favorite part was sitting on the deck and relaxing, serenaded by an amazing variety of bird song. The house feels a world by itself, although it is in a residential neighborhood and minutes away from all the charms and amenities of Cambria as well as the nearby oceanfront Fiscalini Preserve for glorious walks. We look forward to returning for future visits!

Amazing!

I can't recommend this house enough! It was as beautiful and well maintained as it looks. The view was outstanding with trees and birds and the sunset. There are 2 areas to sit outside with nice chairs and gas firepits. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked (including with a small box of chocolates and bottle of wine). This house would be good for someone with some mobility challenges. The King bedroom is on the first floor along with the kitchen, dining, and living areas. There's a short ramp (maybe it's 2 feet long?) from the driveway to the front door. The first floor bathroom has only an inch or so lip at the edge of the shower. The upstairs is a great space with two beds and a bathroom with a nice tub and separate shower. The walk in closet has a crib and toddler bed. The main thing to know is it's a wonderful house and I would stay there again!

Amazing Property

Our family spent 4 days at Coastal Retreat and loved every minute. The home is extremely clean and very well stocked. The hosts were wonderful - great communication and provided a number of suggestions for local restaurants and activities. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway in the Forest

This lovely home was the perfect destination for my family of 3. Surrounded by trees and chirping birds, the house was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The house has all amenities you'd need. Easy walk or drive to anything you need.

Wonderful Memory for a Lifetime

The host have thought of every little thing you might need. The house will feel like home very quickly. The back deck is a delight in the "forest" and quite private. You will hate to leave and want to return.

This home was so great to stay in. The home was in excellent condition. It was so nice to have all the extra kid stuff. The home was very well equipped in the kitchen. Lots of space in the living room., everyone felt like the home was very spacious. The hosts were wonderful and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable. Very Clean & Stocked Home

Too short of a stay but enjoyed every minute of it. I've never rented a house with so much goodies in the kitchen! The wine was delicious and from a local winery as well as the chocolates. The owners are very responsive and our dog was in doggy heaven.

A wonderful getaway home

We love the property so much, it’s clean and cozy. The view is pretty and peaceful, also the towels and sheets are well stocked. Our kids loved it, it’s perfect for family with little kids, it has a crib and a toddler bed. Our kids slept well during our entire stay. The location of the house is close to everything, the beach, the trails, and the restaurants. Overall it was great and communication with Kerrie is easy and she responds very quickly. Definitely will be going back :)
