Wamoon is the local Aboriginal Brataulung tribe's name for the Prom, a place of cultural significance to the Koori people and views of this spectacular landmark are a plenty from this lovely properties balcony. This gorgeous holiday home is perfect for couples and families wanting a quiet beach front getaway.

The Kitchen and Living area:
Bask in the sun with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean in this beautiful open plan living, dining and kitchen area with reverse cycle air-conditioning or cosy up by the wood heater for year round enjoyment. Make Wamoon Views your home away from home with a well equipped kitchen boasting a full sized fridge, microwave, oven and cook top.

The Bedrooms and Bathroom:
With two bedrooms to chose from- One with a queen sized bed while the second bedroom offering two single beds comfortably sleeping 4 guests. All serviced by a family bathroom and washing machine.

A wonderful location from where to visit the diverse destinations offered by Prom Country with large deck and furniture to enjoy your morning coffee with an unmatched view.

Wamoon Views set among coastal bushland gets it name for a reason! The spectacular views are made possible with the elevation of the house so please keep this in mind when you are booking that the driveway is steep and has a steep staircase.

Please note this property is on tank water.

Strictly No parties – No groups under 25 years of age.

This property does not accept hens or bucks gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.

Truly amazing views, but the property needs repairs and maintenance. For what was a premium price, some things need improving. This place is not suitable for people with mobility issues as access is via stairs that some will find difficult to climb. The hand rails need to be resecured. It took me three attempts to get my car up the driveway. An SUV or front-wheel drive car will be ok, but my Falcon was slipping everywhere. The place is overgrown with weeds - a bit more effort is needed in presentation there. In general the house is old, in need of repairs - but most things are functional. If you can overlook those things (my girlfriend unfortunately could not), then you'll enjoy your stay. It's a very secluded and quiet spot a stones throw away from the beach which is a beautiful place.

Great views but cleanliness lacking
Great views, good location. The property has potential but is in need of a lot of maintenance. We were sooo disappointed on arrival as the place had not been cleaned and the linen on the beds was not clean. We washed the sheets and towels ourselves and did a tidy up as best we could despite no broom or vacuum! Then we were able to enjoy our stay, especially time on the deck taking in the view towards Wilsons Prom and having the birdlife visit us. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all we needed. Careful on the dodgy steps!

Escape from city
Walkerville is in an isolated location , closest town is 20km away . Property is difficult to locate and poorly signaged . The house is reached by a steep walkway , with no effective lighting . We had arrived at dusk. The driveway and walkway was totally in dark , muddy , slippery. Luckily we had a torch with us . The house looks tired and worn out , but has basic facilities. It need to improve on house keeping , kitchen & bathroom supplies. The property’s garbage & recycling bins hadn’t been emptied for long . It has big wide deck with great views over the bay and Wilson’s Prom .

Excellent location, property in need of maintenance
The property has a fabulous location. However, there are a number of significant safety / maintainence issues. FIRSTLY: the steps leading up to the property are in extremely p or condition and are unsafe. SECONDLY: the outdoor balcony railing is quite loose & several of the glass panels have slipped. I have several photos I can provide.
