Charming holiday home specially fitted out for your holidays in Alsace. Your vacation rental is a furnished tourist house (2 to 10 people), located in fréconrupt at 631 mountain altitude where nature and calm are one. The house awaits you for an unforgettable stay in Alsace (Bas-Rhin), in a warm and comfortable atmosphere.
Philippe and Stéphanie will be happy to welcome you to Alsace, in this magnificent region.
This charming holiday home is located in the heart of nature, in a calm and green environment.
The house is located at the beginning of the village, 1 km from the forest of Fréconrupt suitable for beautiful walks, health trails, rest.
Halfway between Colmar and Strasbourg, you can do the wine route while visiting the typical villages of the Bas Rhin as well as those of the Haut Rhin. On your way, you will have the Haut Koenigsbourg castle, the mountain of the monkeys, the Volerie des Aigles you will only be 1 hour drive from Gérardmer. 5 minutes from Schirmeck, the memorial and its castle, 20 minutes from the Struthof, Nazi concentration camps and 30 minutes from the fields of fire and its ski slopes
   The house has:
   * a laundry room with washing machine, dryer.
* on the first floor: a large kitchen with table, dishwasher, oven and gas hob, microwave, toaster, electric coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, fridge-freezer, Separate toilet and a bedroom with 2 double beds.
* on the second floor: a bathroom, a sofa, a television, two bedrooms with 1 double bed and a bedroom with two single bunk beds.
The house is air conditioned and heated for your comfort
   Outside lots of green space (large enclosed 5 ares with a swing, a pétanque court and a barbecue to keep you entertained and at your disposal).
All local shops are in schirmeck (4 km), supermarkets, butcher, tobacco, pharmacy, doctor, hospital, train station, hairdresser, garage and bakery

Idéal pour un séjour au calme et en pleine nature

Agréable séjour en famille, calme en pleine nature. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et sympathique ! Le logement est confortable, la répartition des chambres est parfaite. De nombreuses balades sont à faire et de magnifiques paysages pour en mettre plein les yeux. Merci pour votre accueil et votre partage.

Séjour court mais agréable

Mes amis et moi-même avons passé un bon moment dans cette maison de vacances. Idéalement située compte tenu de nos activités dans la région durant notre week-end, nous avons pu y effectuer une soirée agréable dans le jardin. Concernant le repas, nous avions plusieurs options qui s'offraient à nous entre barbecue, raclette ou autre repas convivial, le matériel nécessaire étant présent. Seul bémol : il n'y avait pas de torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle ou les mains, nous avons ainsi utilisé notre propre rouleau d'essuie tout. Plutôt que de payer 10€ pour le linge de lit fourni par le propriétaire, nous avons chacun ramené notre linge/sacs de couchage, ce qui n'a pas été gênant. La literie est confortable et nous avons tous passé une nuit agréable.

Calme et tranquillité

Hameau dans la montagne à quelques minutes de tous commerces. Environnement très calme. Bonne situation géographique,à mis chemin de Strasbourg et Colmar. Accueil très sympathique . Cuisine bien équipée. Bonne literie. Clim. Appréciable. Place de parking juste devant la maison Dans l’ensemble très bon séjour et la région est magnifique. Cependant attention l’escalier en bois pour monter au 2ème étage est très raide.

Une escapade dans les belles montagnes alsaciennes

Bien placé pour les amateurs de randonnées et les amateurs d'histoire et de vieilles pierres, pleins de sites 14_18 ou de chateaux au bout des randonnées, et surtout à ne pas louper le donon, lieu magique et un point de vue superbe à 180° sur l'alsace.

Eenvoudige maar goede vakantiewoning

Zeer rustig gelegen in mooie omgeving. Huis met veel ruimte, basisvoorzieningen aanwezig zonder poespas. De tuin en bbq hebben we door matig weer niet kunnen gebruiken. Eigenaar ernaast is behulpzaam.

Grand logement bien équipé avant toute utilisation faire la vaisselle (reste de nourriture )salle de bain WC manque digiene sans parler des dessous lit pour prendre des douches inondations obligé de jouer aux plombier quel accueil boissons à l'arrivée mais personne pour faire le tour desur lieu vous pouvez venir on n'a fait une grande partie de la vaisselle à jamais merci
