Welcome to "Seagrass," where peace and seclusion await in this delightful pet friendly beach house. Set amidst tropical surroundings with serene water features, timber decks, and a private pool, this home accommodates up to six guests and offers a variety of inviting living spaces.
Upon entering through impressive double timber gates, you'll be greeted by lush gardens, a timber deck with a high bar and an outdoor shower. Stepping inside the fully tiled main house through bi-fold doors, you will immediately feel a world away, eager to explore the spacious floorplan.
The main living area seamlessly connects to the dining space and a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a gas cooker and a coffee machine. Down the hall, you'll discover two of the three bedrooms—one featuring a queen bed and air conditioning, while the other offers two single beds and a ceiling fan.
Next, you will find a renovated main bathroom and a separate toilet, adjacent to the fully equipped laundry that leads to an enclosed patio with an outdoor dining table —ideal for enjoyable game time and relaxation.
At the rear of the main residence, a second living area awaits with lounge seating and a TV. This room opens onto the tiled decks of the pavilion beyond, where you can unwind amidst soothing water features, cozy lounge seating, alfresco dining, and a fireplace providing warmth on cooler winter nights. Within this open plan sanctuary lies the grand master bedroom suite, thoughtfully secluded with its atrium-style ensuite, complete with a shower recess and a luxurious freestanding bath tub.
Finally, the 1.9-meter-deep pool awaits, surrounded by lush greenery and timber decks, adorned with sun lounges. On the other side, a landscaped area and gardens to enjoy. *NB The pool is heated during winter making this the perfect retreat for your winter escape.
Only a 10-minute walk to the patrolled section of Sunshine Beach and the vibrant restaurant/bar precinct of the Sunshine Beach village, "Seagrass" offers easy access to Noosa's Hastings Street and Main Beach, just a 5-minute drive away. Public transport is conveniently close to your door.

Linen and cleaning charges are included in the rate, however to avoid additional cleaning charges please ensure the property is left in a reasonable clean and tidy manner.
Stays of 10 nights or more will enjoy a housekeeping service where linen and towels will be refreshed and quick wipe over is conducted.
A small starter pack of amenities such as shampoo, soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry powder, and tea and coffee is provided however once depleted guests must purchase their own items.

Absolutely adored this beach house! Gave off major Bali vibes with its tropical charm—serene water features, timber decks, and a private pool. Perfect location, minutes from the beach, shops, and top-notch restaurants. Would stay here again in a heartbeat; it was the highlight of our trip!

Sunshine Beach Real Estate
Two bedroom house with a generous Balinese style retreat and master bedroom (i.e. 3rd bedroom) attached to the back of the property via an open-air breezeway.
Overall, the property is long overdue for a "deep clean" (i.e. lots of hair and built up dirt and grim throughout), overgrown/unkempt gardens and lacking any "quality assurance" checks on the quality/quantity of inclusions (e.g. lots of chipped crockery, cracked bakeware, built up dirt and grim on pots, pans, bbq etc).
Listing should outright identify that it is managed by an agent, that there are additional T&C's that apply (i.e. in addition to everything already applied by HomeAway etc), that firewood is not supplied and that there is restricted Foxtel.
Whilst advertised as offering a complimentary mid-stay clean for extended stays, the offer was retracted during our stay and on the grounds that the cleaner was not willing to risk exposure to "COVID". If this is the case, then the offer should not have been made at all and/or withdrawn in-advance to accepting the booking and/or when clarified in later discussions.
With a bit of TLC and a lot more attention to detail (i.e. comparable to the rate sought) there is some potential for the property to meet the standard generally expected in Sunshine Beach.

We were disappointed to hear of your concerns following your stay as we most certainly would have addressed them immediately whilst you were still inhouse. As agreed the amendment to the cleaners mid stay service arrangement was overlooked and we settled this with you to your satisfaction upon your departure.
We took your comments onboard and following your departure our Agency conducted a thorough check of the property with both the Owner and the cleaner to ensure this property was up to the standard we provide our guests. We were able to replace the cracked baking dish which appears to have only just happened, but were unable to locate any chipped crockery as described. Still we took this opportunity to triple check all you mentioned and more and can assure any future guests that they will find this property in a well maintained, well presented and well equipped condition.
We offer a wonderful array of holiday homes, from the quaint and cosy such as this, to luxury beach front abodes, all priced accordingly and with the intention of providing our guests with a wonderful place from which to enjoy the beach and their holiday in beautiful Sunshine Beach and the Noosa region.
We hope that you will come stay with us again as we're certain you'll find all as expected. See you in Sunshine soon!
Seagrass was a delight. Not big but big enough and fine for our dog. A couple of niggles - lights not working, not enough crockery, one tv not working but it was good and if it was still available we would go back
