元旦に泊まりました。 家族5人とわんこ テラスにBBQグリルがありましたが、寒くてつかいませんでした。 脱衣所が寒かった。 鬼怒川なのに、別府の湯でした。 ゆっくり出来て、好きな時間に入浴できたので、よかったです。

2泊3日で利用しました

2泊3日で利用しました。半露天風呂は、乳白色のお湯がでて温泉としてもとてもよかったですが、3日目の朝は、乳白色のお湯が出ずでした・・・。5名まで宿泊できる部屋でしたが、和室にも最初から3名分の布団が敷いてあり、じゃまでしかなかったです。あらかじめ、個人で敷くようにすればよいのではないでしょうか？ペットと宿泊できるお部屋でしたが、ペットのための備品が全く置いてなく、がっかりでした。少しは用意してあってもよかったと思います。キッチンの置いてあったシンクの水切りはサイズがあわず、使い物にならないのになぜ置いてあたのかも疑問でした。BBQグリルもガスだと思っていたら、電気でしたが、事前にどこかに記載はあったのでしょうか？新しい宿とはいえ、細かいところの掃除は少しきれいにすれば落ちるような汚れも目立ち、がっかりです。 書き込みにもありましたが、天井の造りが薄いのだと思いますが、2Fの方の足音などが響き渡ります。 値段に割高が否めません。良い点は、温泉が出たというのがいいくらいでしょうか？アメニティーもクシの用意がほしかったです。

ホテルはとても素晴らしかったです

ホテルはとても素晴らしかったです。 ただ一階に宿泊しましたが、二階の足音は筒抜けです。 夜中まで起きてる方や子供が上の部屋に宿泊してるとかなり気になるかも… また、宿泊前に質問があり問い合わせをしましたが返信は未だにありません。 何か緊急で問い合わせがある場合は電話しかなさそうです。
