Antiparos Stone House with sea views
Greek Cycladic house located in Agios Georgios, 12km from Antiparos Village
with breathtaking views over Despotiko island. 500m walking distance to the beach- ideal for families.
The house is perched on a hillside overlooking Despotiko island and great rural landscape views. The sandy beach of Agios Georgios is at 500m walk away, and the town of Antiparos is easily accessed by car.
This is an ideal location for those who want a peaceful holiday within easy reach of shops and life in town.
Part of a two level house, only the top level is for rental. Consists of 2 bedrooms, living, kitchen and outdoor terraces.
The 118m2 house with an interior that has been classically and simply decorated in earth tones has
well-tended outdoor areas include a covered terrace offering magnificent sea views with excellent orientation protected from the sun and the north winds, which is ideal for a quiet breakfast or al fresco dining.
This tastefully furnished property in traditional style, and paintings of which are original works of Naif paintings, consists of two double bedrooms, a master bedroom with double bed (queen size), ceiling fan, shares sea views from it's large terrace, whilst the second bedroom with queen size bed has a floor fan, and also shares sea views. On the same level there is also one bathroom, as well as a kitchen and living area.
Guests are treated at the house with a small variety of products for breakfast such as eggs , milk , coffee , orange juice local cheese fruits and wine for the evening sunsets.
Also we provide toiletries (shampoo shower gel and body lotion)
A car is recommended because public transport to the village of Antiparos is sparse but access to the nearest beach and taverns is possible on foot and requires a 15-20 'walk on a dirt road with moderate uphill and downhill.
The ground floor may be inhabited by the owners . Its on the same building but with separate and privet entrance.
