3 rooms, two bedrooms, one balcony, light.

Very close to restaurants, cafes and pubs of the Place de la Nation and major sites of Paris.
Our large apartment is the perfect place to relax on the south facing balcony, overlooking Parisian roofs.
The flat (60 square metres) comprises of two bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large living room.
One of the bedrooms has a double bed , while the other bedroom has two single beds (90cm); baby bed available on demand. Up to four people can sleep in the flat.
The apartment is located on the eight floor (with lift) of a modern renovated building and has a parking space on the first ground floor at your demand.
All my previous guests have thoroughly enjoyed staying in the apartment in the French Capital.

Very nice, perfect for family

Warm welcome from the host. We enjoyed our stay, everything was ok. Street market is 5 min by feet, supermarket and all every day need is available. Very nice view from balcony. Thank you

Paris stay

Location was away from the attractions we wanted to visit, but in the right location for quietness. The evening ambience on the balcony was relaxing and enjoyable. Getting to places was not a problem. The metro was within walking distance and Ubers was always within minutes of the request.

Fantastic stay near Pere Lachaise

Great property for a family -- plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The apartment is thoughtfully furnished and equipped, and cooking was a breeze. The balcony was nice, as well. The hosts were WONDERFUL -- kind and beyond helpful. They helped us to plan our time in Paris, and the apartment was full of guidebooks and maps. Metro stops were close, as well. Cannot recommend this place and these hosts enough.

Comfortable apartment in interesting neighborhood with a great view

We loved everything about the apartment and the neighborhood. Fabulous view-you can see for miles. Turn one way out the front door and you are on a busy commercial Street. Turn the other way and you are in a maze of quaint Parisian back alleys. Very convenient to the metro and bus lines. Building is modern, clean, secure. We would stay here again in a New York minute.

Comfortable home, quiet neighborhood, a little far from transportation

Apartment in quiet large building owned by a kind couple who greeted us. The apartment is comfortable and well-appointed, but a bit far from public transport (about a ten minute walk to the Metro, which puts you on a line that connects you to more useful trains one station away.)

Fantastisch

Wir waren eine Woche zu viert während der Olympiade in diesem Appartement und alles war einfach wunderbar . Das Inserat entsprach voll den Gegebenheiten und wir sind super nett empfangen worden !! Alles wurde kurz erklärt und gezeigt und es gab sogar einen extra Hahn mit Trinkwasser! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Metro gut fußläufig in ca 7 Min zu erreichen. Besonders toll war die Tiefgarage , in der das Auto die Woche über sicher stand! Sehr empfehlenswert

Sehr schöne Wohnung in netter Lage

Die Wohnung isr sehr komfortabel und verfügt über eine komplette Ausstattung für 3 bis 4 Personen (WiFi und Netflix inbegriffen). Sie liegt im 8. Stock eines großen Wohnhauses mit super Blick in den Pariser Südosten. In 10min Fußweg ist man am Friedhof Père Lachaise. Die Gegend hat uns sehr gut gefallen, Supermarkt, drei Bäckereien, einige nette Restaurants - alles fußläufig und nicht touristisch überfüllt. Mit den Metrolinien in 10 bzw. 15min (es sind zwei verschiedene) kommt man überall hin. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief hervorragend mit ausführlicher Wegbeschreibung im Vorfeld und einem sehr freundlichen Empfang und vielen Erklärungen.Sollten wir wieder nach Paris fahren, würden wir diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen.

Great stay in Paris

We chose this spot since our son is living nearby in student housing for his study abroad program. Claude and his wife were so kind! We got in really late the first night and everything was closed and they even cooked my son some dinner since he was hungry. They showed us all around the apartment and showed us how to work everything. They have a binder with all you need to know about the apartment and the area. We really appreciate their hospitality! Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful base for enjoying Paris

The property owners were easy to communicate with and made the process very easy. The apartment was exactly as pictured and met our needs perfectly. The balcony was especially enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice apartment, great views

This apartment is a haven of tranquility after a days sightseeing. It’s very well appointed, with a small but well designed kitchen that has everything you need, modern bathroom and a peaceful balcony from which we gazed over the city and watched people tending their roof gardens. I never sat on a sofa once. A supermarket round the corner, patisseries in both directions and restaurants everywhere, it’s in a great spot. It’s a 5 minute walk to the metro and 20 mins from there to the heart of the action. Only negative is that the mattress in the main bedroom is impossible to sleep on, shaped like a V as it is plus there’s a surprising amount of noise from the street below, even behind double glazing and a shutter, so we did not sleep well but that may just be us. Claude and his wife were lovely and very helpful indeed and we all had a great time in Paris using their flat as a base.

Wonderful Stay

Claude was an excellent host. The residence was comfortable and had a great view from the balcony. Claude was very gracious to help us extend our stay when we had an emergency. His guest book has information about all the info you need to navigate Paris as well as local businesses.

Perfect location and setting 30 minutes from all major sites

The hosts were extremely accommodating and welcoming. The apartment is well-furnished and cozy - we felt like it was our own special Paris apartment. The views are of the south and the balcony was a favorite spot to pass the evenings. We also loved the neighborhood for its relative calm and quiet away from the heavy tourism, yet close to multiple Metro stations for easy access. You do not need downtown, though, with all the cafes and shops nearby. We would easily book this apartment again and think it is both a great value and wonderfully furnished.

Perfect for Us

Hosts were terrific. Apartment gave us room to spread out versus hotel room. Location was close to the person we were visiting and worked out great. Walking distance to a couple of metro stops.

Parigi, casa!

Salve a tutti, con piacere scrivo questa recensione. Claude e Françoise sono stati dei perfetti padroni di casa, premurosi, gentili e disponibili e la loro descrizione della casa rispecchla puntualmente la realtà.. La cucina è piccola, ma funzionale e super accessoriata: bollitore, tostapane, microonde, lavastoviglie, frigorifero capiente con freezer e un numero considerevole di pentole e ciotole. È disponibile anche l'acqua filtrata. I letti sono comodi e anche il letto matrimoniale alla francese non è poi tanto stretto. Il bagno con il wc é separato dal bagno con la sola doccia, ma con due ragazzi la soluzione non è poi così male. Presente la lavatrice che ho usato più volte. C'è anche un asciugacapelli con diffusore, una piacevole sorpresa, soprattutto per i miei capelli ricci. La zona era tranquilla, a pochi metri 2 supermercati, un panettiere e, il giovedì e la domenica, un mercato.  Accessibilità alla città, favolosa, con quattro fermate di metro si è già alla gare de Lyon. Tempi massimi per raggiungere le attrazioni principali 20/30 min. Comodo anche per raggiungere Versailles. Consigliatissimo.

Great apartment for family in Paris!

Lovely apartment with a beautiful patio view! I do believe my husband ate every meal on the patio. The apartment is ver clean and we appreciated having the 2 twin beds set up for our boys. The kitchen had everything we needed from a toaster to an ice cube tray in the freezer. I loved having the washing machine available and a rack to dry our clothes. It was about an easy 6 block walk from the metro station and you pass a grocery, bakery and various restaurants. Claude and his wife were wonderfully welcoming and helped us set up our wifi and gave us a tour of the apartment specifics.

Paradise in Paris

Claude and Francoise are gracious and very helpful hosts who made us feel welcome and at home. The apartment is not in central Paris but connects easily to all the metro lines. For us it was a relief to be out of the hustle and bustle. There are good restaurants, groceries, pharmacies, etc. Near at hand. We absolutely loved our stay with the Ells and highly recommend this listing!

Paris in the Springtime

We had a wonderful time in Paris and were able to enjoy the sights and sounds that your beautiful city offers. Our apartment, away from the hustle and bustle of the more "touristy" parts of the city, but close enough to easily get where we were going was near plenty of shopping and many great restaurants. We enjoyed getting to know a different part of the city and exploring Paris life. Our apartment was clean, well appointed with dishes, cooking utensils etc. and had everything we needed to be comfortable and allow us to enjoy our time there.

Das Vermieterpaar ist sehr nett und äußerst bemüht. Die Wohnung selbst ist überkomplett ausgestattet. Sehr zu empfehlen. Bei der Beschreibung auf der HomeAway-Seite sind unter Details "Badezimmer: 3" angeführt, es handelt sich um ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und zwei Waschbecken.
