Best place

The townhouse is exactly as described and match the photos listed. This is at least the 12-15 th trip to OCMD and this was by far the best place we stayed at. The back deck and canal was so relaxing. No issues at all with parking since their is 2 dedicated spots. The size of the house was perfect, the cleanliness and decor was new by and warm. We lived where is was located- right in the middle of downtown inlet area and Secrets. Our perfect vacation- didn’t want to leave.

Girls Week!

This place was great for my girls trip with a few of my friends and my mom’s friends. Just the space we were looking for. Close to the beach, lots of restaurants, and mini golf! We had a great time and felt right at home here!

Perfect Location

Everything about the place was perfect! Kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed. My granddaughter loved being on the water. The walk to the boardwalk was so easy. There are many restaurants in the area that are walking distance.

Wonderful Week

Myself, my boyfriend and a few teenagers had a great week in this townhouse. All the bedrooms were nicely sized, the furniture was comfortable, and the location was perfect. Grace was very easy to get a hold of, and I would definitely book here again!

Decent small condo

i would say this place was a decent rental. honestly nothing very special as i've been to many in OC. i think it was appropriate for the total cost, given how overpriced and inflated things are lately. we had a bad first impression, but ended up being satisfied. solid 3-star. the downsides: we had some issues upon check-in... (1) limited communication with the property manager. we were in OC and i had to reach out multiple times (calls and email) to get details on how or where to get the key. i never even received the exact address until the day-of arrival. (2) the place didn't seem as clean as expected when we arrived. the fridge seemed a bit dirty (inside and out), there were marks and dried liquids on the table and coffee table that we had to clean (there was visible dirt on clorox wipes that i used to re-clean all the surfaces). the island and kitchen counters are permanently-sticky for whatever reason. the finish is wearing off and the counters always seemed dirty or sticky when they weren't. (3) there was visible mold in the rubber rings of the washer on site. i was skeptical to use it due to that -- it needs a deep clean. the plus sides -- (1) GREAT location. a short drive to our preferred beach, and to the boardwalk. (2) loved the back deck and being on the small channel from the bay. (3) the outside back deck is nice as added space. great view, especially at night. would stay again if the place gets a deep clean and a few minor upgrades.

Hi Jill, I'm sorry you had issues. On March 3rd when you made the reservation the lodging agreement, along with a welcome letter, was mailed to you. In that letter was instructions on where and how to pick up your key packet. (My office address is posted on the agreement along as in the body of that letter). The top right hand corner of that same agreement shows the address to the property. Cleaning issues: I'm sorry, I would've expected a phone call or text to send the cleaners back. I hope to see you again in the future.

Amazing OCM vacay!

This perfect location was ideally situated between the bay and the ocean. We had a great time crabbing and fishing off the dock out the back door, walking to the beach every day, and enjoying the many water sports and entertainment activities that were nearby!

Great Gem

We love this property, my family and I have come back 2 years running and it has not disappointed. The location is GREAT, Grace is just a joy to work with. The place is clean, quiet at night and the views of the Bay are beautiful. We would recommend this place to anyone.

Nice unit but bad neighbors

Too bad there was construction going on directly behind us and they had a noisy generator positioned too close to us so we had to listen to it running until 5 pm each day

Nice place, quiet location

Very nice place with the amenities as described. Check in was simple as the keys we’re ready for us when we walked into the office; took about 12 seconds and we were back out on our way to our place. The unit appeared to be very clean upon arrival, the kitchen was fully stocked with small appliances, dishes and utensils and everything worked. It is on a dead end, very quiet street. But if you are looking for the action on the boardwalk it is a long walk; about a mile and a half to where the amusement park is. However there are plenty of restaurants and a convenience store just a short walk away. The beach is about 2 1/2 blocks away and there is a crossing light on this road to make getting there easier. Highly recommend this unit if you’d like to be a little off the beaten path.
