Master bedroom vertical curtains were broke and the tv did not show any channels.The dishes in the dish washer upon arrival were dirty.The key lock upon arrival took 15 minutes to figure out how to correctly to turn the key.

Thank you for your feedback. The entry door lock turns towards the door frame as oppose to away from the frame. This, I'm told by the building, is by design. You mentioned the dishes were left in the dishwasher and the dishwasher was not turned on prior to your arrival. I agree this should've been done. The verticals in the bedroom, I was not made aware of this issue but assure you it has already been addressed. Feedback from guests is always welcomed as it provides me the opportunity to correct any issues or concerns. I would have preferred that you would have contacted me immediately so that I could've taken care of the issues upon arrival. Grace

Condo was very nice. Slight blemishes, could be updated but very minor and would not keep me from staying there again. Grace (property manager) was very easy to communicate with and solved the one issue that we had. The owners of this condo should be very happy with the property manager that they chose. She made the stay that much better…

Will not be back

I have stayed in 4 different units within Braemar Towers in the past, and have had great experiences. After this last trip, I don’t think I will be back, especially not to the unit I just stayed in. First of all Braemar now requires a key fob to enter the building at all times. Which would be fine, but we only received 2 fobs! There should be a fob for as many people are staying, or give a code that can be typed in. Same for the door to enter the unit. So many of the other units had the keyless entry, but this unit did not. It was such a hassle just getting in and out. Next, our condo was filthy. We spent the first night of our trip cleaning it. I don’t think anyone has been in to clean in months. We pulled so many food wrappers from under the beds and couch. It was disgusting. It is definitely time for a deep clean and remodel. We went with a bunch of family that rented their own condos. So I was able to see in 7 other units within the Tower and ours was definitely in the poorest condition. Also the pool closes at 7pm! And it’s not because of a lifeguard going off duty, there isn’t one there all day, just a kid to check your pool pass, which again we were not given enough of for all of us. Honestly, I am still so upset about our experience. It was nothing like our past stays.

It's most unfortunate that you did not contact me or anyone in my office to mention a cleaning issue, otherwise we would have gladly sent someone up,immediately, to accommodate you and your concerns. As for the fobs to the building yes unfortuantely that is the new policy for the building. Your check-in package offered my cellular number as well as my office number to report concerns. I appreciate thefeedback. Grace

Excellent location

The condo is perfect and right on the beach. The pool is spacious and very clean. It is a very quiet area.The only concern was two beds are doubles and one is a queen.

great location, needs some updates

The property is located on the beach, the pool is great and the storage locker was a plus. The condo needs some updating. Bathrooms need updating. There is no overhead light over the dining table. outside table and chairs were basic.

We had a good time

Property manager was great. Location and property condition were very good. Ocean view was nice. The only issue we had was were told u could park two cars but not that only 1 could b on the lot. Also did not know the 50 dollars we paid at check in could not b cash or check but fortunately the manager took care of it immediately
