The home is divided into three private living areas, each with its own kitchen, bathrooms, and living space, allowing everyone to enjoy togetherness while still having room to unwind. Step outside to a large beachfront patio on the ground level or take in sweeping Gulf views from the private upstairs beachfront balcony—both perfect spots for relaxing and soaking up the coastal beauty.



Sleeping Arrangements

Downstairs:

--Two bedrooms, each with a Queen bed

--Shared bathroom featuring an oversized soaking tub



Upstairs (Beachfront Master Suite):

--King four-poster bed

--En-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower



Opposite Side of Upstairs:

--Fourth bedroom with a King bed

--Shares a full bathroom (with tub) with the fifth bedroom



Fifth Bedroom / Studio Suite:

--Two Queen beds

--Studio-style layout with its own living area and kitchen

The home features three fully equipped kitchens—two upstairs and one main kitchen downstairs. Each kitchen includes:

The downstairs dining area offers seating for the entire group, making shared meals easy and memorable.
