Yoda house is AMAZING - Right on the beach.... Having the umbrellas and chair set up every day was a PLUS..(for a small fee). It is meant for large amount of people, we had 9 Adults and 3 kids and everyone had their own space. The only one thing the site doesn't tell you is that the back bedroom either goes threw someone else bedroom or you need to go up a spiral staircase which is out side in the front. The out door patio was GREAT.....this is where we spent most of our time when not on the BEACH which is feet away. The store across the street was a plus to get last minute items like ice etc... Location was easy to get to many places. If you have a large amount of people this is the place to rent.. Its was amazing and we all had a great time.
Everything went as planned and as scheduled.
Everything went as planned and as scheduled. Great trip, great location, great weather with great friends!
Great getaway with friends
I booked this house for a few days away with some lifetime friends so that we could celebrate a milestone birthday. This house was perfect for our group. Everything was clean and there were plenty of towels, etc for everyone. The furnishings and decor were not outdated or shabby. We did not use the fire pit as it was exceptionally hot during our visit but we felt it was a nice touch. The outdoor table was perfect for us as well.
Every morning and most evenings, we were able to watch dolphins right from the outdoor seating at the house. The back patio steps directly onto the beach and the walk to the water is one of the shortest I've ever experienced. It was fabulous.
My only complaint is that the thermostat is requested to be left at 80 degrees upon departure- we did not realize until we arrived that it would still be set on 80 degrees for our arrival. Although we adjusted every thermostat in the house to 70 degrees it still took over 24 hours for it to catch up to the oppressive heat outside (the heat index was 102 our first day there). At first I thought the unit might be faulty, but once it caught up, it stayed perfectly cool inside all areas of the house. Because the issue resolved itself, we didn't contact the owner/manager and it wasn't worthy of knocking any stars off of my rating.
I would definitely recommend this property and may likely rent it again in the future for family vacations.
This was a very nice property! We didn’t know there were no inside steps to the upstairs facility but that was fine. A few small maintenance issues that were taken care of immediately. The property was in a perfect place, quite and in great condition.
Amazing beach home
Great property, amazing upgrades throughout, would benefit from internal stairs connecting the upstairs and downstairs spaces

Pick from houses, condos and cottages, and get ready to enjoy sugar white sand and warm breezes. Vacations in the St. Petersburg area offer abundant outdoor recreation – on and off the water – a lively arts scene, and award-winning restaurants.
Madeira Beach, located west of St. Petersburg is home to John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, a fun attraction for all ages. John's Pass, or the Pass to locals, offers top dining and nightlife options, family-friendly attractions, shopping and water sports. While walking the 1,100-foot boardwalk, see alligators at The Alligator Attraction and dolphins playing in the Gulf's waters. Water lovers can parasail, rent jet skis or deep-sea fish to complete their beach vacation. John's Pass is also a popular fishing destination and brings in more grouper than any other place in Florida. Known as a secret spot for sunsets, Treasure Island's 3 miles of beaches serve as the perfect place to watch the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico with someone special. Treasure Island also offers guests fun-filled attractions and things to do, paired with restaurants serving everything from breakfast to fresh seafood dinners.
